Product Owner

This role is ideal for a commercially minded Product Owner who enjoys balancing customer needs, business objectives, and technical requirements. With a strong focus on mobile applications, user experience, and agile delivery, you will help shape products that deliver measurable value while driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs
• Manage and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring delivery of high-value features and enhancements
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, operational, technical, and specialist teams to gather and prioritise requirements
• Develop detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature requirements
• Champion user experience best practices and contribute to mobile-first product design initiatives
• Lead sprint planning, reviews, and Agile delivery activities with development teams
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements
• Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and key metrics to drive ongoing improvements
• Support user adoption through training, communication, and product enablement initiatives

• Education: Honours Degree in Commerce, Computer Science, Engineering, Science, or a related field
• Experience:
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role
• Strong experience managing software products and leading cross-functional teams
• Extensive experience with mobile applications, SaaS platforms, and e-commerce solutions
• Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
• Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Strong knowledge of UX/UI design principles and mobile design patterns
• Experience using data analytics to inform product decisions and enhancements
• Advantageous:
• Experience with Figma, Sketch, InVision, or similar design and prototyping tools
• Exposure to healthcare technology, value-based care solutions, or clinical decision support systems
• Additional Requirements:

• Strategic and commercially focused mindset
• Strong decision-making and prioritisation abilities
• Passion for innovation, customer experience, and continuous improvement
