Quality & Compliance Coordinator

• Monitor compliance with FAIS, FICA, POPIA, TCF, OHS, and company policies.
• Maintain compliance registers, records, and regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate internal audits and track corrective actions.
• Support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain risk and compliance registers.
• Investigate complaints, compliance incidents, and quality deviations.
• Prepare compliance, audit, and governance reports for management.
• Coordinate compliance training and awareness programmes.
• Assist with regulatory inspections and external audits

• Diploma in Compliance, Risk Management, Quality Management, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Compliance, Quality Assurance, Internal Audit, Risk, or a regulated environment.
• Working knowledge of FAIS, FICA, POPIA, and governance principles.
• Strong report-writing, analytical, and administrative skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Exposure to compliance, governance, risk, and quality management.
