Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure efficient, seamless service delivery.
- Maintain exceptional standards of food, beverage and guest service.
- Lead, motivate and manage the restaurant team to achieve operational objectives.
- Ensure smooth and efficient operations during high-volume service periods.
- Monitor stock control, operational efficiency and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring an exceptional dining experience.
- Work closely with the kitchen and management teams to maintain service standards and achieve business objectives.
- Ensure consistent adherence to hospitality standards and operational procedures.
- SA citizen
- Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
- Relevant hospitality qualification.
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in high-end A la Carte dining and deli operations.
- Experience managing high-volume service environments.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- A guest-centric mindset and commitment to exceptional hospitality.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be well presented and professional.
- Must reside in the Cape Winelands.
- Own reliable transport.
