Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for courier and logistics solutions.
- Generate and develop new sales leads through proactive business development activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Promote a comprehensive range of courier and logistics services to prospective customers.
- Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals based on client requirements.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, pipeline activities and client information.
- Provide ongoing after-sales support to strengthen client relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Matric (Grade 12).
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in external sales, preferably within the courier or logistics industry.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation and closing skills.
- Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.
