Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Tertiary qualification will be advantageous
- 3 years experience as a Conveyancing Secretary or related experience
- Experience in LexisConvey, e4, Stordoc, LexisSign and Ghost Practice software will be advantageous
- Experience working with major banks including ABSA, Standard Bank, Investec, and FNB
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently & under pressure.
- Meticulous and attention to detail.
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Manage and process bond registrations from instruction through to lodgement and registration
- Liaise with banks, clients, and relevant stakeholders
- Prepare and review conveyancing documentation
- Ensure compliance with bank requirements and deadlines
- Maintain accurate file management and record keeping
- Provide administrative support to conveyancers
