Minimum Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
- 3 years experience within Warehouse Operations.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities.
- Oversee the receiving and handling of inbound raw materials.
- Supervise packing operations and provide day-to-day direction to the warehouse and packing team.
- Ensure products are packed according to quality and operational requirements.
- Coordinate and oversee the dispatch of finished product.
- Maintain accurate stock control and inventory records.
- Conduct regular stock checks and investigate stock variances.
- Ensure warehouse housekeeping, organisation and operational standards are maintained.
- Monitor workflow and allocate resources to achieve operational targets.
- Train, support and manage warehouse staff to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, health and safety requirements and warehouse controls.
- Assist operationally where required to ensure the successful execution of warehouse activities.
