Location: Cape Town, in-office. Contract: 3-month contract. Reports to: Marketing Operations Lead.

We are looking for an experienced traffic and project management professional to bring structure and efficiency to a busy marketing department, working across internal teams and an external creative agency.
Who We Are Looking For
A highly organised, process-driven Senior Traffic Manager / Project Manager who can build structure from the ground up, manage multiple workstreams and keep projects moving from brief to delivery.
What You Will Do
Build and implement a department-wide traffic and workflow system.
Manage briefs and projects from intake through to sign-off.
Prioritise workloads, allocate resources and monitor deadlines.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks and capacity issues.
Implement and manage appropriate project/traffic tools.
Coordinate workflows, timelines and approvals with the external creative agency.
Provide project and capacity visibility to the Marketing Operations Lead.
Improve processes and drive efficient ways of working across teams.
What You Need
Proven experience as a Traffic Manager, Project Manager or similar in marketing, advertising or creative environments.
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
Proven ability to implement traffic or project management systems and processes.
Strong understanding of creative and marketing workflows.
Experience working with external agencies or creative partners.
Excellent organisation, prioritisation and communication skills.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
A proactive, process-driven and solutions-focused approach.
