System Engineer

• Provide technical support to managed service clients through remote assistance and on-site visits, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
• Install, configure, maintain, and support client infrastructure, including hardware, operating systems, Microsoft cloud services, and applications.
• Monitor and maintain system performance, security, backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, service records, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures.
• Identify opportunities for infrastructure improvement through standardization, automation, proactive maintenance, and adoption of best practices.
• Build strong client relationships through professional communication, responsiveness, and high-quality service delivery.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Systems Engineer within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment.
• Relevant IT qualification and industry certifications, including Microsoft 365 certifications.
• Strong technical expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and Windows Desktop environments.
• Experience with networking, virtualization, cybersecurity technologies, and modern MSP toolsets (RMM and PSA platforms).
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Strong communication, time management, accountability, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.

Working Hours: 8am-5pm

Candidate must be willing to travel to site/office and have their own reliable transport.
