• Implement and enforce safety procedures, conducting regular safety

inspections and addressing any concerns promptly

4. Time Management

• Ensure productivity and time management of staff.

• Optimize productivity and minimize downtime.
• Ensure work needing to be done is completed same day and

communicated to required persons.

Operational Responsibilities:

1. SLA

• Upholding the SLA / SOP in place with the client.

2. Weekly Stock takes

• Responsible for Weekly Stock takes - Tyres, Rims & Accessories.

• Managing min/max stock levels is kept in stores as per SLA

3. RFID Tagging

• Tagging casings and sending to factory for retreading & arrange

collections accordingly.

• Following up on outstanding tyres outside of SLA

4. Fleet surveys

• Achieving daily, weekly & monthly survey & inflation targets.

• Achieving 100% fleet inspections per month.

5. Equipment

• Ensuring equipment is in good working order & maintaining there off.

6. Quality Assurance

• Ensure that all work meets quality standards.

7. Weekly Scrapping

• Initiate and conclude weekly scrapping.

• Order new stock based on the tyres scrapped.

8. Management of fitters

• Daily management of fitters and their daily duties.

• Duties and responsibilities are not limited to the above. They may

change according top the SLA.

9. Fleet faults

• Identifying and actioning tyre / wheel related concerns within the

fleet, i.e. Valve caps, mismatches, valve extensions.

10. Problem Solving

• Identify and address issues or obstacles that may affect your quality

of work to the client.

11. Quality Control

• Implement quality control measures to ensure that work meets or

exceeds industry standards

Learn & Grow Responsibilities:

1. Progress Meetings

• Submit daily progress sheets to line manager.

2. Training and

Development

• Provide guidance and training to site personnel to enhance their skills

and knowledge.

DECISION MAKING CRITERIA

• Stock

o Authorise all credits and goods returned.

• Fitments & vehicles

o Signing off use of company vehicles for private use.

o Judgement calls on tyres needing to be removed and remain on vehicle to run smooth

• Staff Activities

o Authorise leave.

o Sign off time and attendance for direct reports.
