VPC COORDINATOR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Back Office Support

• Customer Reporting
• KLARI - T reporting
• Purchasing Process
• Order parts /consumables for fitments
• Inventory management
• Attend to claims activities
• Manage access codes/gate passes
• Filing paperwork
• Manage JotForm ordering
• Update damages on VTS
• Coordinate monthly SHEQ inspections & reporting
• Manage contractor annual SHEQ inductions
• Arrange subcontractor site access, gate passes
• Coordinating Internal & External audits.
• Operational Support
• Coordinate deliveries & receiving of stock
• Coordinate deliveries & dispatching of stock
• Coordinate stock takes
• Coordinate forklift hire

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Grade 12 minimum
• Operational experience
• Computer literate
• Code 8 driver’s license
• Excellent Document Control / Administration Skills
• Time management skills
• High safety and quality standards
• Stock holding skill
• Good housekeeping principles
• Honest
• Attention to detail & organized
• Good command of the English language with regards to writing / report and reading
• Must be able to work under pressure.
• Teamwork-oriented; must be able to work closely and well with other departments
• Must be able to prioritize and plan
• Be available to work extended hours including weekends should the need arise
