Como On-site para nuestro cliente, serás el punto de contacto entre los trabajadores, el cliente y Job&Talent, asegurando que toda la actividad se lleve a cabo correctamente.

Responsabilidades

  • Apoyo en la selección y evaluación de candidatos.
  • Onboarding a las nuevas incorporaciones (entrega de EPIs, tarjetas de acceso..).
  • Acompañamiento a los trabajadores en todo su proceso con nosotros (en términos de fichajes, absentismo, bajas...).
  • Seguimiento del servicio y resolución de incidencias.
  • Interlocución y feedback constante con el cliente.
  • Formación interna en el cliente para dar apoyo en tareas diarias y realización de diferentes informes.

Requisitos

  • Valorable Grado en Relaciones Laborales, Psicología o similar.
  • Manejo del paquete Office (excel y análisis de datos).
  • Orientación a las personas y gestión de cliente.
  • Capacidad para la resolución de problemas.
  • Habilidades comunicativas tanto orales como escritas.
  • Proactividad y polivalencia.
  • Imprescindible vehículo propio.
