Responsabilidades

  • Análisis de forecast y planificación de incorporaciones.
  • Planificación de turnos apoyándose fuertemente en herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial.
  • Diseño y creación de modelos de scoring y rating para la evaluación y seguimiento de los trabajadores.
  • Google Sheets: Nivel avanzado (indispensable para manejar los modelos de scoring, el forecast, etc.).
  • Inteligencia Artificial: Uso fluido y práctico (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.). Se requiere un conocimiento medio en la modificación y adaptación de herramientas de IA.
  • Deseable (Gran Plus): Conocimiento o experiencia previa con Lovable lo valoraremos de forma muy positiva.

Requisitos

  • Mentalidad Analítica: Fundamental para interpretar los datos del forecast y diseñar los scorings.
  • Comunicación: Excelentes habilidades comunicativas.
  • Autonomía y Proactividad: Buscamos un perfil hands-on e independiente; alguien resolutivo que no necesite micro-management.
