Profile match
Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Account Manager (Overlay product) based in the United States.

This experienced Account Manager role supports retirement plan clients across Enhanced, Comprehensive, and Institutional 3(16) services.

You will manage a significant portfolio of client and advisor relationships while delivering responsive, high-quality service and issue resolution.

The position combines client relationship management with detailed oversight of compliance, contributions, plan administration, and regulatory requirements.

You will work closely with recordkeepers, administrators, auditors, legal partners, and clients to ensure critical deadlines and obligations are met.

Your expertise in ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations will help clients maintain compliant and effectively administered retirement plans.

The role also provides opportunities to mentor colleagues, contribute to team initiatives, and support complex and high-value retirement accounts.

Success requires strong judgment, confidentiality, organization, communication, and the ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
