Agentic GTM Lead – Growth Engineering & Demand Generation
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Agentic GTM Lead - Growth Engineering & Demand Generation based in Brazil.
This is a high-ownership opportunity for a hands-on growth professional who combines engineering skills, commercial thinking, and demand-generation expertise.
You will build the systems that create measurable demand across outbound, content, social, SEO/GEO, email, and AI-powered automation.
The role sits at the intersection of technology, growth, and financial markets, connecting technical infrastructure directly to qualified interest, meetings, pipeline, and revenue.
You’ll have significant autonomy to identify opportunities, launch experiments, measure results, and scale what works.
Rather than managing established marketing systems, you’ll build new workflows, integrations, AI agents, and acquisition programs from the ground up.
You’ll work with sophisticated investment products and audiences while helping establish a scalable, data-driven go-to-market engine.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building, shipping, measuring, and continuously improving systems with clear commercial impact.
Accountabilities
Develop original demand-generation ideas, acquisition channels, and experiments across outbound, content, social, SEO/GEO, email, and website acquisition.
Build and scale repeatable GTM systems that connect technical infrastructure with qualified interest, booked meetings, pipeline, and revenue.
Rapidly test new initiatives, measure their commercial impact, and stop, redesign, or scale programs based on evidence.
Build technical GTM infrastructure using APIs, SQL, Python and/or JavaScript, connecting data sources, automation platforms, CRMs, and other GTM systems.
Create workflows for lead enrichment, account scoring, personalization, sequencing, routing, attribution, and other demand-generation processes.
Build integrations and solutions using platforms such as Clay, n8n, Zapier, CRM systems, and related technologies, going beyond simple no-code configuration where engineering is required.
Design and deploy LLM- and AI-agent-powered workflows for research, content creation, personalization, enrichment, routing, and repetitive GTM processes.
Build signal-based outbound programs aligned with the target customer profile and continuously optimize messaging, audiences, channels, landing pages, and sequences.
Develop systems for producing and distributing podcasts, videos, webinars, social content, thought leadership, and other content assets.
Repurpose long-form content into channel-specific assets and build consistent visibility across professional and social platforms.
Establish a credible digital presence for sophisticated investment and wealth-management audiences.
Run multiple experiments simultaneously and conduct structured A/B testing across messaging, channels, landing pages, sequences, and acquisition programs.
Build dashboards and measurement systems for demand generation, attribution, audience growth, and pipeline contribution.
Use data and commercial outcomes to determine which initiatives should be scaled, changed, or discontinued.
Continuously improve existing GTM activities by making them more automated, measurable, repeatable, and efficient.
4-6+ years of relevant experience across growth engineering, GTM engineering, demand generation, growth marketing, or closely related roles.
Demonstrated ability to generate original demand-generation ideas and independently turn them into measurable experiments.
Proven results from outbound, content, SEO/GEO, social, or comparable acquisition channels, with specific examples of leads, meetings, pipeline, or revenue generated.
Strong hands-on engineering skills with APIs and SQL.
Proficiency in at least one scripting language, preferably Python or JavaScript.
Experience with automation platforms such as Clay, n8n, Zapier, or comparable tools.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems, integrations, data workflows, and GTM automation.
Practical experience building applications, workflows, or systems using LLMs and AI agents.
Strong commercial judgment and the ability to connect technical initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
Professional experience or strong working knowledge of finance, investing, asset management, investment management, or related financial markets.
Strong experimentation and A/B testing mindset, with an ability to make decisions based on evidence and results.
Demonstrated ability to take initiatives from 0 to 1 and own them through execution and optimization.
Strong design and UX judgment, particularly when developing digital acquisition experiences.
Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and operate successfully in a fast-moving environment.
Strong availability and willingness to maintain significant overlap with U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
Preferred experience includes asset or investment management, alternative investments, hedge funds, building a GTM function from scratch, attribution modeling, and data infrastructure such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or dbt.
Strong personal or professional interest in financial markets and investing is a plus.
CFA, MBA, or other relevant finance or business education is an advantage.
Competitive monthly compensation of $2,500-$3,500 USD.
100% remote position available to professionals across Latin America.
Full-time employment with strong overlap with U.S. Eastern Time.
