This is a senior-level opportunity for a data professional who thrives on turning complex information into clear, actionable business insights.

You will work across the full data lifecycle, from collection and modeling to analysis, visualization, and governance.

The role combines hands-on technical work with close collaboration across Engineering, Data, Product, and Business teams.

You will help shape dashboards, KPIs, reports, and analytical solutions that support both strategic and operational decisions.

There is also a strong focus on data quality, automation, scalability, and continuous improvement.

The ideal environment is autonomous, collaborative, and technology-driven, with room to solve complex problems and influence how data is used.

This is a fully remote position in Brazil with meaningful impact on data-driven transformation.

Accountabilities

• Collect, process, consolidate, model, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate reliable business insights.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards, management reports, Business Intelligence solutions, and analytical applications.
• Define, structure, monitor, and improve KPIs and performance indicators aligned with business objectives.
• Build and maintain data solutions that support operational and strategic needs, while automating recurring analytical and operational processes.
• Integrate and validate datasets from different sources, ensuring data quality, consistency, governance, and reliability.
• Conduct analytical studies to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and potential improvements, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions and clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, methodologies, procedures, and documentation related to data solutions.
• Support knowledge sharing and collaborate with Engineering, Data, Product, and Business teams to ensure solutions effectively address organizational needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, information flows, and the overall use of data across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in data analytics, Business Intelligence, or related areas.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with data modeling, transformation, integration, and analytical processes.
• Experience developing dashboards and reports with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools.
• Strong experience with Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of Python, R, or another programming language for data analysis and automation.
• Experience working with multiple data sources and integrating different datasets.
• Knowledge of data quality, governance, and validation practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities, with attention to detail.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective, data-driven solutions.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex data concepts and insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proactive, autonomous, organized, and comfortable working on complex problems with limited supervision.
