Analista de Marketing Digital Pleno

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista de Marketing Digital Pleno based in Brazil.

This is a versatile digital marketing role supporting a SaaS business across content, paid media, campaigns, and commercial initiatives.

You’ll create engaging content for social channels while managing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.

The role also includes developing creative assets and video content to communicate products, features, and solutions effectively.

You’ll contribute to remarketing initiatives and help strengthen digital engagement throughout the customer journey.

Working closely with the commercial team, you’ll identify opportunities to improve communication, campaigns, and business results.

Accountabilities

• Create, plan, and publish engaging content across social media channels.
• Develop creative assets and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Plan and execute remarketing campaigns to strengthen engagement and conversion opportunities.
• Create, edit, and adapt video content using tools such as Adobe Express and CapCut.
• Develop communications highlighting new features, products, and solutions for customers.
• Support the Commercial team with marketing initiatives, ideas, and recommendations aimed at improving business outcomes.
• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across relevant digital channels.
• Contribute to broader marketing projects and initiatives as needed.
• Monitor campaign and content activities and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure marketing communications are consistent, relevant, and aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Generalist Marketing Analyst or in a comparable digital marketing role.
• Degree completed or currently in progress in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office or comparable productivity tools.
• Strong familiarity with digital systems, marketing platforms, and online tools.
• Practical experience creating, publishing, and managing digital marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads, including campaign setup and management.
• Experience creating and editing digital content, including video.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and collaborate effectively.
• Creative, curious, organized, proactive, and persistent approach to work.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Enthusiasm for learning new tools, testing ideas, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Experience supporting or organizing events is considered an advantage.
