This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a (BID) / Real Property Analyst based in the United States.

This is a remote, analytical role supporting federal medical readiness and Army real property initiatives through business intelligence and data-driven solutions.

You will design and maintain interactive dashboards, data models, KPIs, and visualizations that turn complex information into actionable insights.

The role combines Business Intelligence, statistical analysis, data integration, and real property expertise in support of government stakeholders.

You will work closely with program leadership and data analysts to validate information, strengthen reporting quality, and deliver accurate analytical products.

You will also serve as a subject matter resource for Army real property data, systems, processes, and reporting requirements.

Beyond individual analysis, you will train and mentor team members on Power BI, dashboard development, data integration, and consistent BI practices.

Accountabilities

    • Design, develop, maintain, and continuously improve interactive dashboards, reports, data models, KPIs, scorecards, and visualizations supporting federal medical readiness and Army real property reporting.
    • Use Microsoft Power BI and other business intelligence and analytics tools to transform complex datasets into actionable information.
    • Conduct statistical and dataset analysis to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities, and develop practical recommendations based on findings.
    • Respond to ad hoc data queries, data calls, project analysis requests, and other analytical support requirements.
    • Gather, integrate, and reconcile information from databases, spreadsheets, organizational repositories, and other data sources.
    • Develop, document, and maintain repeatable BI and data-analysis processes, standards, workflows, and delivery procedures.
    • Validate data for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity before integration and final delivery.
    • Review team members' BI submissions and deliverables to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to established standards.
    • Identify data inconsistencies, integration challenges, and potential risks, coordinating corrective actions where necessary.
    • Standardize BI deliverables and reduce incompatibilities across data sources and reporting platforms.
    • Maintain organized BI files, repositories, storage environments, and information-sharing capabilities.
    • Establish timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules for dashboard updates and BI projects.
    • Review project and facility data supporting Facilities Investment Plans and related Army real property initiatives.
    • Analyze and validate facility information within applicable Army real property systems and serve as a subject matter resource for related data, processes, and reporting.
    • Obtain and maintain appropriate access to applicable systems, including DAIS, GFEBS, HWIID, ISR, ePRISMS, LOGICOLE, FROID, ASIP, BUILDER, Vantage, and RPLANS.
    • Meet with government and organizational stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate mission needs into effective BI solutions.
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for BI-related support within the program.
    • Collaborate with program leadership and data analysts to refine requirements, processes, instructions, and deliverables.
    • Communicate complex analytical findings clearly to senior leadership, government stakeholders, colleagues, and multidisciplinary teams.
    • Prepare and deliver briefings, presentations, demonstrations, and analytical summaries in both virtual and in-person settings.
    • Train, mentor, and support team members in Power BI, dashboard development, data integration, and BI delivery standards.
    • Review teammate work, provide constructive guidance, and promote consistent data quality and analytical practices.
    • Support team members in completing analytical assignments, dashboard requirements, project milestones, and deadlines.
    • Promote knowledge sharing, process improvement, and standardized BI practices across the team.
    • Work with program leadership to identify and resolve data integration risks, project challenges, and delivery requirements.
    • Support program execution through analytical research, data calls, reporting, and special projects.
    • Ensure deliverables are accurate, standardized, timely, and aligned with government requirements.
    • Travel to CONUS locations when required to support program execution.
    • Requirements

      • 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, Research Analyst, or in a comparable analytical role.
      • Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
      • Demonstrated proficiency in Business Intelligence, data analytics, statistical analysis, dataset analysis, and data visualization.
      • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite.
      • Ability to analyze complex information, interpret results, identify meaningful trends, and develop well-supported recommendations.
      • Experience working with multiple data sources and integrating information from databases, spreadsheets, repositories, and other systems.
      • Strong understanding of data quality principles, including accuracy, completeness, consistency, validation, and integrity.
      • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing reliable, high-quality analytical deliverables.
      • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
      • Ability to explain technical and analytical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
      • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with government stakeholders, program managers, analysts, and multidisciplinary teams.
      • Strong customer-service orientation and a professional approach to stakeholder engagement.
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities, establish deadlines, work independently, and consistently deliver against project requirements.
      • Experience training, mentoring, or supporting colleagues is preferred.
      • Knowledge or experience with Army real property data, systems, processes, or reporting is highly valuable.
      • Ability to obtain and maintain access to applicable federal and Army real property information systems.
      • Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a Real ID or valid passport to support commercial air travel.
      • Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license.
      • Comfortable working in a professional, primarily sedentary environment using computers, monitors, phones, scanners, and other standard office technology.
      • Ability to occasionally lift or transport technology and office equipment weighing up to 20 pounds.
