Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Canada.

This is a full-cycle talent acquisition role supporting a diverse range of corporate, operational, technical, analytical, leadership, and specialized positions.

You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and build targeted recruitment strategies.

The role combines proactive sourcing, candidate assessment, stakeholder coaching, and offer management from start to finish.

You’ll help strengthen talent pipelines through digital sourcing, employee referrals, social media, networking, and recruitment events.

A strong focus is placed on delivering a fair, inclusive, consistent, and engaging candidate experience.

You’ll work alongside HR professionals in a collaborative People & Culture environment while contributing to recruitment innovation and process improvements.

The position is particularly well suited to an experienced recruiter who is organized, consultative, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
