Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Development Specialist based in United States.

This is an international B2B sales opportunity focused on building and expanding partnerships across the U.S. iGaming market.

You will help identify new business opportunities, develop strategic relationships, and support successful product launches with partner platforms.

The role combines sales, account development, market expansion, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-moving global environment.

You will work closely with internal creative, engineering, and delivery teams to translate partner needs into successful commercial outcomes.

The first six months will be spent in Taiwan for fully funded, immersive product and industry training.

After training, you will return to the U.S. to contribute directly to market expansion and partnership growth.

This role is particularly suited to a bilingual professional who understands both U.S. and Chinese business cultures and is passionate about gaming technology.

Accountabilities

    • Identify, qualify, and develop inbound and outbound B2B sales opportunities across the U.S. market, converting prospects into long-term strategic partnerships.

    • Manage the sales pipeline from initial prospecting through relationship development, negotiation, and closing.

    • Coordinate product launches and distribution across U.S. partner platforms, helping ensure smooth execution and ongoing partner success.

    • Act as a key liaison between U.S. clients and internal Art, Engineering, and Delivery teams to coordinate pre-sales requirements and resolve operational needs.

    • Monitor sales KPIs, maintain accurate CRM records, and use performance data to identify opportunities and optimize market strategy.

    • Build strong relationships with clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders through consistent engagement and business development activities.

    • Represent the organization at major iGaming conferences, trade shows, networking events, and other industry gatherings in the U.S. and internationally.

    • Contribute to the broader U.S. market expansion strategy and help establish a strong presence in a developing territory.

    • Requirements

      • 2-5 years of professional experience in B2B sales, business development, partnerships, or a related commercial role.

      • Experience in iGaming, gaming, gambling technology, or a closely related industry is highly valued.

      • Native or professional fluency in Mandarin and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

      • Strong understanding of U.S. and Chinese business cultures; U.S. educational or professional experience is a significant advantage.

      • Demonstrated ability to prospect, build relationships, negotiate, and close B2B opportunities.

      • Comfortable working with CRM platforms and using sales data and KPIs to manage pipeline performance.

      • Genuine interest in gaming technology, slot mechanics, digital gaming products, or the broader iGaming ecosystem.

      • Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across international teams.

      • Proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a lean, entrepreneurial environment with a high degree of ownership.

      • Willingness and ability to relocate to Taiwan for six months for intensive product and industry training; flights and accommodation are provided during this period.

      • Must hold U.S. citizenship or permanent residency (Green Card), as visa sponsorship is not available.

      • Holders of Taiwan, Hong Kong, or Singapore passports are particularly encouraged to apply.

      • Benefits

        • Competitive salary with the opportunity to play a foundational role in U.S. market expansion.

        • Fully funded six-month training period in Taiwan, including flights and accommodation.

        • Immersive exposure to iGaming products, game mechanics, technology, and international business operations.

        • Opportunity to join a lean U.S.-focused team where individual contributions can have a direct impact on market growth.

        • Fully remote working arrangement in the U.S. following the Taiwan training period.

        • International exposure through collaboration with teams, clients, and partners across multiple markets.

        • Opportunities to attend major iGaming conferences, networking events, and industry gatherings.

        • Potential for professional growth as the U.S. business and partnership network expands.
