Data quality / CRM operations Evaluator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Data quality / CRM operations Evaluator based in United States.

This is a remote, hourly opportunity for an experienced Data Quality or CRM Operations professional to help assess the quality of AI-generated business content. You will use your subject-matter expertise to evaluate documents, spreadsheets, and presentations for accuracy, rigor, clarity, and overall domain quality. The role combines analytical judgment with strong attention to detail and communication skills. You will work independently, applying structured quality rubrics to a range of AI-generated outputs. Your feedback will help identify errors, strengthen content quality, and improve the reliability of AI-assisted workflows. This flexible engagement is well suited to professionals who value autonomy and can manage project-based work on their own schedule.

Accountabilities:

• Evaluate AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks against established, domain-specific quality standards and rubrics.
• Assess outputs for factual accuracy, analytical rigor, completeness, consistency, and relevance to Data Quality and CRM Operations.
• Identify errors or weaknesses in content, formatting, aesthetics, structure, and presentation.
• Apply professional judgment and subject-matter expertise to determine whether AI-generated work meets expected quality standards.
• Provide clear, structured, and actionable written feedback explaining identified issues and areas for improvement.
• Review a variety of AI-generated work products while maintaining consistency and attention to detail across assignments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Data Quality, CRM Operations, or a closely related field.
• Native or professional fluency in English, with strong written communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly Google Slides and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to assess complex work products against defined criteria.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify factual, visual, formatting, and presentation issues.
• Ability to provide concise, structured, and constructive written feedback.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, project-based environment and managing assignments with limited supervision.
• An advanced degree (Master’s or higher) from a reputable institution is preferred.
