Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Deal Development Executive based in United States.

This role supports complex enterprise sales opportunities from initial deal development through final closure.

You will serve as a trusted advisor and central point of coordination for high-touch transactions.

The position brings together sales, legal, finance, revenue recognition, operations, and other business partners.

You will help structure commercially sound deals while balancing revenue, profitability, customer needs, and compliance.

The role requires strong ownership of timelines, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and issue resolution.

It offers exposure to complex commercial processes and potential career development across sales, legal, finance, or management.

This is a full-time hybrid position with work-from-home flexibility and occasional travel.

Accountabilities:

    • Act as the primary point of contact, trusted advisor, and deal advocate throughout the research, proposal, negotiation, bid management, and closure stages of complex enterprise opportunities.
    • Support high-touch transactions while coordinating activities across sales teams, customers, and internal stakeholders.
    • Establish, maintain, and regularly update project plans, milestones, timelines, and deliverables for active deals.
    • Guide deal teams in developing commercially sound and supportable transaction structures that meet customer needs and business objectives.
    • Coordinate closely with Legal, Finance, Revenue Recognition, Business Models, Order Fulfillment, and Operations teams.
    • Identify non-standard business models, operational requirements, commercial risks, and potential process issues.
    • Escalate complex risks and exceptions to the appropriate stakeholders and help drive them toward resolution.
    • Work hands-on with cross-functional teams to resolve complex situations and manage escalations.
    • Shepherd transactions through required approval processes while maintaining compliance throughout the deal lifecycle.
    • Ensure the right stakeholders are engaged at the right time to support effective decision-making and deal execution.
    • Help improve sales efficiency and effectiveness by creating structure and clarity around complex transactions.
    • Support the development and execution of deal strategies that balance revenue and profitability objectives with customer satisfaction.
    • Facilitate communication between sales teams and business functions to maintain alignment throughout negotiations and approvals.
    • Monitor transaction progress and proactively identify obstacles that could affect timelines or successful closure.
    • Contribute to consistent deal-management practices and effective collaboration across the broader commercial organization.
    • Requirements:

      • 3+ years of experience in a Deal Desk, Deal Operations, Sales Support, Sales Operations, Sales Contracts, or similar role.
      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
      • Strong business acumen and understanding of commercial decision-making.
      • Ability to influence decisions with consideration for revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, and sound business practices.
      • Strong presentation, written, verbal communication, and collaboration skills.
      • Results-oriented approach with the ability to take ownership and drive work through completion.
      • Ability to execute quickly and remain effective in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
      • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders.
      • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to business and customer needs.
      • Ability to navigate complex situations, identify risks, and coordinate appropriate resolutions.
      • Experience supporting sales teams, managing transactions, or performing other transferable commercial operations responsibilities.
      • Understanding of sales processes, contract management, deal structuring, revenue recognition, and revenue forecasting is preferred.
      • Experience in software or IT environments, particularly SaaS or cloud technologies, is preferred.
      • Familiarity with CRM and CPQ platforms such as Salesforce and Anaplan is preferred.
      • Academic background in business, administration, finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
      • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, collaborative, and comfortable working across functional teams.
      • Willingness to travel occasionally, with travel expected to remain below 10%.
      • Benefits:

        • U.S.-based starting salary range of $99,000-$176,660, depending on experience and geographic location; offers may exceed this range.
        • Competitive compensation package that may include annual cash bonuses, sales commissions, and stock grants, where applicable.
        • Comprehensive health and financial benefits.
        • Time-off and wellness benefits.
        • Full-time hybrid work arrangement with some work-from-home flexibility.
        • Opportunities for professional growth and potential career development across sales, legal, finance, or management.
        • Opportunity to work on complex enterprise transactions and collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams.
        • Inclusive workplace focused on creating a culture where employees can thrive.
