This is a hands-on senior engineering opportunity focused on building and evolving enterprise-grade digital solutions.
You will work across front-end and back-end development, integrating systems and delivering scalable services.
The role combines software engineering with solution architecture, technical standards, and continuous improvement.
You will contribute to projects of medium and high complexity, from initial conception through production delivery.

Accountabilities
Develop, maintain, and evolve full-stack applications using Java and Angular, working across both front-end and back-end layers.
Participate in projects from solution conception and architectural definition through development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Design and implement scalable services, APIs, and integrations between enterprise systems.
Apply software architecture principles, development standards, object-oriented programming, componentization, and clean coding practices.
Conduct code reviews, develop automated tests, and contribute to continuous improvements in software quality and maintainability.
Work with cloud-based environments and production applications, supporting reliability and scalability.
Collaborate within agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, contributing actively to planning, delivery, and continuous improvement.
Investigate technical issues and performance bottlenecks, using observability and monitoring practices where applicable.
Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, communicate technical solutions clearly, and build alignment across different perspectives.
Identify opportunities for technological improvements and contribute to the adoption of new architectures, tools, and engineering practices.
Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience, including strong hands-on experience as a Full Stack Java/Angular developer.
Proven experience delivering medium- to high-complexity software projects from conception through production.
Strong back-end knowledge of Java and experience with Spring Core, Spring Security, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, REST APIs, and SOAP web services.
Strong front-end experience with Angular 4+ and familiarity with HTML5, SASS, JavaScript, Angular Material, Bootstrap, and related tooling.
Experience with APIs, system integrations, scalable services, Git, SVN, npm, and associated development tools.
Knowledge of Oracle 12c and relational database development.
Familiarity with other front-end or back-end technologies such as React, Vue.js, .NET, Node.js, or Python.
Experience working with cloud environments and applications running in production.
Knowledge of agile development methodologies, code review, automated testing, and software engineering best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and autonomous approach to identifying issues and proposing solutions.
Clear, objective, and empathetic communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with diverse stakeholders.
Collaborative mindset, adaptability, and the ability to handle differing opinions and conflicts constructively.
Experience with complex information-system projects, microservices architecture, CI/CD, messaging platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ, and observability practices is advantageous.
Familiarity with tools and technologies such as Dynatrace, BDD, Cucumber, Protractor, Sparx, Enterprise Architect, Archimate, Nginx, Express.js, or similar solutions is a plus.
