This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Desenvolvedor Java FullStack Sênior - Contrato Determinado based in Brazil.

We are looking for a Senior FullStack Developer to build and evolve high-scale digital products using Java and modern front-end technologies.

You will work on high-performance APIs and services while also contributing to SPA-based user experiences and REST integrations.

The role offers meaningful technical autonomy, with opportunities to influence architecture, coding standards, and engineering practices.

You will collaborate closely with Product, UX, and QA throughout the development lifecycle.

As a senior member of the team, you will contribute to code quality, technical mentoring, observability, and continuous improvement.

Accountabilities:

• Develop and continuously evolve high-performance Java APIs and backend services.
• Build and maintain modern front-end applications using SPA architectures, integrating them with backend services and REST APIs.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, technical standards, and software design patterns.
• Write clean, maintainable, testable, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and QA teams throughout the full software development lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers.
• Contribute to automation, observability, system reliability, and continuous engineering improvement.
• Help identify technical risks and opportunities to improve application performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Requirements:

• Solid professional experience as a Senior Java FullStack Developer.
• Advanced knowledge of Java 8+ and frameworks such as Spring and Spring Boot.
• Strong experience developing REST APIs, working with relational databases, and using Git for version control.
• Hands-on front-end experience with React, Angular, or similar technologies, including API consumption and integration.
• Experience with automated testing, including unit and integration testing.
• Previous experience working in agile environments such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Ability to work autonomously, communicate effectively, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and commitment to code quality and continuous improvement.
• Availability to work full-time under a PJ contractor arrangement.
• Experience with microservices, messaging systems, and cloud architectures is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitLab, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar is desirable.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies is a plus.
• Experience working on high-scale, high-performance products is highly valued.
• Contributions to technology communities, open-source projects, or technical talks are considered a differentiator.
