This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Desenvolvedor Pleno .NET based in Brazil.

This is an opportunity to work on technology solutions for a major financial institution, contributing to applications that support critical business operations.

You will develop and maintain desktop applications using .NET, C#, Windows Forms, and WPF.

The role combines hands-on development with opportunities to contribute to technical design, scalability, performance, and application stability.

You will collaborate closely with product, design, QA, and other technology professionals to deliver robust end-to-end solutions.

A strong focus on SQL Server and the evolution of the data layer will be part of your day-to-day work.

You will also contribute to coding standards, knowledge sharing, and the technical development of colleagues.

Depending on your location, the role may involve working from an office in the Campinas metropolitan area under the applicable hybrid attendance policy.

Accountabilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using .NET Framework 4.5 and 4.8, C#, Windows Forms, and WPF.
• Collaborate on the design and implementation of robust, scalable technical solutions aligned with business and product requirements.
• Work closely with product, design, QA, and technology teams to deliver complete and reliable solutions.
• Monitor and contribute to the performance, stability, and long-term maintainability of applications.
• Apply software development best practices, coding standards, and established engineering patterns throughout the development lifecycle.
• Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of the application's data layer using SQL Server.
• Participate in technical discussions and help identify opportunities to improve existing solutions and development processes.
• Share technical knowledge and support the mentoring of other developers, encouraging continuous learning within the team.
• Contribute to a collaborative environment focused on quality, scalability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Solid professional experience with .NET Framework 4.5/4.8 and C#.
• Hands-on experience developing desktop applications with Windows Forms and WPF.
• Practical knowledge of SQL Server, including data manipulation and management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand requirements and translate them into reliable technical solutions.
• Familiarity with software development best practices and coding standards.
• Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to share knowledge and contribute to team development.
• Differentials: experience maintaining legacy VB6 applications, familiarity with automated testing practices, and knowledge of version-control tools such as Git.
