Profile match
Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Devices & IoT Field Engineering Manager based in Spain.

This is a leadership opportunity for a technologist passionate about Linux, embedded systems, and connected devices.

You will help organizations design and deliver secure, durable solutions for mission-critical connected devices and edge environments.

You will coach engineers, strengthen engineering practices, and contribute valuable market insight to product and engineering teams.

The position operates in a globally distributed environment, collaborating across regions, customers, partners, and technical teams.

It is well suited to an experienced Linux professional who enjoys fast-paced challenges and turning complex technology into measurable business value.

      • Ability to explain complex technical concepts and clearly communicate the business benefits of technology.
      • Strong understanding of connected devices, IoT, edge computing, and the technical challenges associated with building secure and reliable device fleets.
      • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
      • Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, adaptability, accountability, and a collaborative mindset.
      • Results-oriented approach with a strong personal drive to meet commitments and deliver outcomes.
      • Ability to learn quickly and remain effective in a rapidly changing technology environment.
