Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Digital Media & Content Writer - Employer Branding based in India.

This role is focused on creating compelling digital content that brings an organization's employee experience, culture, and career opportunities to life. You will shape employer brand storytelling across social media, careers platforms, internal communications, recruitment campaigns, and talent attraction initiatives. Working closely with Talent Acquisition and business stakeholders, you will turn employee and leadership stories into authentic, engaging content. The role combines strong writing and editorial skills with hands-on social media management and digital content creation. You will also use performance insights to refine content strategies and identify new opportunities to engage talent audiences. This is an opportunity to make a visible impact in a global environment while helping strengthen how prospective and current employees experience the employer brand.

Accountabilities:

    • Plan and create engaging employer brand content across social media, careers websites, internal communications, recruitment campaigns, events, and other talent attraction channels.
    • Develop a diverse range of content, including employee testimonials, career stories, newsletters, email campaigns, blogs, articles, thought leadership, DEI and wellbeing content, videos, short-form content, infographics, and other visual assets.
    • Interview employees and leaders to uncover authentic stories and translate them into compelling employer brand narratives.
    • Write, edit, and proofread content while maintaining high standards of accuracy, consistency, tone, and quality.
    • Ensure all content aligns with the Employee Value Proposition (EVP), brand guidelines, and wider talent attraction strategy.
    • Manage employer brand social media channels, particularly LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
    • Build and maintain social media content calendars, ensuring content is planned, scheduled, published, and monitored consistently.
    • Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments where appropriate, and support employee advocacy initiatives to extend employer brand reach.
    • Track social media and review-platform performance, identify industry and competitor trends, and recommend new content opportunities based on insights.
    • Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to develop targeted content supporting priority hiring campaigns across functions, geographies, and experience levels.
    • Support recruitment events, career fairs, graduate programs, talent communities, and other candidate engagement activities.
    • Promote open roles and recruitment campaigns through social media and other digital channels.
    • Coordinate with external creative partners, including agencies, photographers, videographers, and other content specialists, when required.
    • Monitor employee review platforms and support the maintenance and optimization of employer brand content.
    • Maintain and update careers website content, ensuring job-family information, employee stories, and employer brand materials remain accurate, current, relevant, and aligned with the overall EVP.
    • Contribute to initiatives designed to improve candidate engagement, content effectiveness, and talent attraction outcomes.
    • Requirements:

      • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, talent marketing, content marketing, or a related field, ideally within a global organization.
      • Good understanding of employer branding, Employee Value Proposition (EVP), recruitment marketing, and talent attraction.
      • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling abilities, with the ability to adapt content for different audiences and digital platforms.
      • Strong working knowledge of Canva and confidence creating visually engaging digital content.
      • Experience managing social media channels, developing content calendars, scheduling posts, and monitoring audience engagement.
      • Familiarity with content management, email marketing, and social media scheduling tools such as Hootsuite and Mailchimp.
      • Experience analyzing content performance and using insights to improve engagement and identify new content opportunities.
      • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Talent Acquisition, employees, leaders, and external creative partners.
      • Ability to manage multiple content projects and deadlines while maintaining consistent quality and brand alignment.
      • A proactive, creative, and detail-oriented approach to employer brand storytelling and digital content creation.
      • Experience working in a global, multicultural environment is an advantage.
      • Benefits:

        • Full-time opportunity within a global and collaborative work environment.
        • Remote working arrangement based in India.
        • Opportunity to work across employer branding, digital media, recruitment marketing, and talent attraction.
        • Exposure to international stakeholders, diverse talent audiences, and global recruitment initiatives.
        • Opportunities to develop expertise across social media, content strategy, storytelling, and employer brand communications.
        • Access to modern digital content, social media, and creative tools.
        • Inclusive workplace environment that values diverse perspectives, experiences, and contributions.
        • Compensation and additional benefits aligned with the role, location, experience, and applicable employment policies.
        • Potential additional benefits may include healthcare, paid leave, incentives, and other employee programs, subject to local eligibility and company policy.
