You will create Portuguese Language and Mathematics resources aligned with the BNCC and SAEB reference frameworks.
The work combines strong pedagogical expertise, assessment knowledge, precise writing, and creative storytelling.

Accountabilities:
Create assessment items and digital activities, including multiple-choice, short-answer, matching, and ordering formats, aligned with specific BNCC skills and SAEB descriptors.
Develop narrative-driven learning activities in which students engage with characters, contexts, and problem-solving situations that give meaning and relevance to the content.
Select, adapt, and develop source texts across different genres, including literary, journalistic, advertising, digital, and instructional formats.
Ensure selected and adapted materials are appropriate for the target age group and comply with applicable copyright requirements.
Write clear and age-appropriate instructions, answer keys, explanations, and plausible distractors based on authentic conceptual misconceptions observed in classroom settings.
Ensure appropriate pedagogical progression and consistency across different levels of difficulty.
Review and refine educational materials based on pedagogical and editorial feedback.
Apply BNCC competencies and SAEB assessment frameworks consistently throughout the content development process.
Balance pedagogical accuracy, assessment quality, creativity, narrative engagement, and accessibility when developing digital resources.
Meet agreed project deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality, organization, and attention to detail.
Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy or equivalent teaching qualification.
Previous teaching experience in Elementary Education, either in the early years and/or later years.
Strong knowledge of the Brazilian National Common Curricular Base (BNCC) and SAEB Reference Matrices.
Experience creating assessment items, educational resources, teaching materials, or similar pedagogical content.
Excellent written Portuguese, with the ability to produce precise, clear, creative, and age-appropriate content.
Ability to translate curricular skills and assessment descriptors into effective learning activities and questions.
Strong understanding of student learning processes and common conceptual difficulties encountered in the classroom.
Creativity and interest in using storytelling, contextualization, and engaging scenarios to enhance learning experiences.
Strong organizational skills, autonomy, attention to detail, and ability to consistently meet deadlines.
Ability to incorporate pedagogical and editorial feedback and iteratively improve educational materials.
Nice to have: Experience with external assessments such as SAEB, Prova Paraná, ENEM, or municipal/state assessments.
Nice to have: Knowledge of Item Response Theory (IRT/TRI) and item performance analysis.
Nice to have: Experience with gamification, interactive storytelling, or learning experience design.
Nice to have: Familiarity with digital learning platforms and interactive educational tools.
