Accountabilities:
Own the full product lifecycle, from discovery and customer research through prioritization, delivery, launch, and impact analysis.
Conduct interviews and research with parents, guardians, and teenagers to identify customer pain points, unmet needs, and non-obvious opportunities.
Define, monitor, and analyze key product metrics, including registration funnel conversion, activation, retention, and TPV.
Prioritize initiatives based on data, expected impact, and clearly defined assumptions, using frameworks such as RICE and ICE.
Work closely with engineering, design, data, legal, compliance, and other stakeholders to remove blockers and ensure successful delivery.
Design and structure product experiments, including A/B tests, feature flags, and controlled releases, with clear success criteria established before scaling.
Analyze product performance and customer behavior to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
Clearly communicate product decisions, trade-offs, priorities, and roadmap choices to stakeholders and leadership.
Balance customer needs, business objectives, technical constraints, and regulatory considerations when making product decisions.
Contribute to the expansion of financial experiences and use cases designed around shared money management and everyday family needs.
Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a comparable product management role focused on digital consumer products.
Experience managing products with acquisition and activation funnels, including conversion analysis and optimization.
Strong data literacy, with the ability to structure analyses, interpret funnels, challenge assumptions, and make informed decisions without relying entirely on dedicated analysts.
Experience managing complex stakeholder environments involving areas such as legal, compliance, security, and external partners.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in environments characterized by ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities.
Strong customer-centric mindset, with experience using qualitative and quantitative insights to inform product decisions.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, design, data, legal, and compliance.
Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly explain strategic decisions, trade-offs, and product priorities to different audiences.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Genuine enthusiasm for using AI in day-to-day work, including for analysis, writing, brainstorming, automation, or other productivity and product development activities.
Nice to have: Experience working with regulated products such as banking, brokerage, or licensed fintech solutions.
Nice to have: Familiarity with the Brazilian payments ecosystem, including Pix, boleto, and TEF.
