Profile match
Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Executive Engagement Marketing Manager based in United States.

This role is responsible for delivering high-touch executive engagement and hospitality programs across the Americas. You will turn program strategy into polished execution, building the operational systems, communications, workflows, and tracking needed for successful experiences. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Analytics, and external partners, you will engage senior decision-makers at strategic accounts. You’ll manage multiple complex workstreams while navigating changing priorities and ambiguity. The role combines project management, marketing operations, executive audience engagement, and event execution. It is an opportunity to improve how premium programs are delivered at scale while directly supporting broader business and relationship-building objectives.

Accountabilities

    • Independently plan and execute a portfolio of executive engagement and hospitality programs, including executive dinners, hosted experiences, and sports hospitality initiatives across the Americas.
    • Build detailed program plans, timelines, workback schedules, event briefs, attendee processes, and cross-functional communication plans.
    • Partner with Sales and account teams to identify, prioritize, and engage senior executives at targeted accounts, providing sellers with effective outreach and follow-up materials.
    • Own the end-to-end attendee journey, from invitation strategy and registration through event-day communications and post-event follow-up.
    • Manage event marketing materials and workflows, including email journeys, landing or registration pages, attendee communications, and supporting campaign assets.
    • Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Analytics, and Program Management to establish consistent tracking, reporting, and measurement for executive engagement programs.
    • Coordinate internal teams, agencies, venues, and other partners to ensure events are delivered reliably and meet premium brand and hospitality standards.
    • Support on-site event execution when required and proactively communicate risks, dependencies, tradeoffs, and changes that could affect delivery.
    • Develop repeatable playbooks, templates, and operating practices while using program data and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve targeting, communications, follow-up, and execution.
    • Requirements

      • 4+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, marketing operations, executive programs, hospitality, or a related B2B marketing environment.
      • Proven experience managing complex, detail-oriented projects involving multiple stakeholders, deadlines, dependencies, and competing priorities.
      • Strong ability to work independently, make sound decisions with incomplete information, and take ownership of defined areas of responsibility.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently with senior stakeholders and executive audiences.
      • Strong project management capabilities, including workback planning, deliverable coordination, progress tracking, and issue resolution.
      • Operational and analytical mindset, with experience using data, reporting, and stakeholder feedback to improve program performance.
      • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to increase efficiency and improve marketing workflows.
      • Experience with executive engagement programs, C-suite events, customer hospitality, hosted dinners, or premium event experiences is highly valued.
      • Experience in B2B technology, fintech, enterprise marketing, or similarly complex go-to-market environments is a plus.
      • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, event management, and project management platforms such as Salesforce, Splash, Cvent, Asana, or similar tools.
      • Experience developing scalable marketing processes, playbooks, templates, reporting frameworks, event attribution, pipeline workflows, account-based marketing, or executive audience engagement strategies is advantageous.
      • Benefits

        • Competitive annual compensation, with location-specific salary ranges available during the interview process for candidates outside the US.
        • Potential equity and company bonus opportunities.
        • Medical, dental, and vision benefits.
        • 401(k) plan for eligible employees.
        • Wellness stipends.
        • Remote work environment, with flexibility to work primarily from home.
        • Opportunities to participate in team meetings, onsite gatherings, meet-ups, and events as applicable.
        • Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, globally oriented environment alongside cross-functional teams.
        • Exposure to strategic executive engagement, premium hospitality, B2B marketing, and complex go-to-market programs.
        • A culture that values diverse perspectives, rigorous thinking, initiative, and challenging assumptions.
