This role is focused on driving digital transformation across industrial organizations in Western Canada.
You will serve as a strategic sales partner, helping customers adopt connected, secure, and scalable technology solutions.
The position covers the full sales cycle, from identifying new opportunities and developing relationships to managing pipeline and closing business.
You will work closely with engineering, marketing, and channel partners to develop solutions tailored to complex industrial environments.
Your work will support modernization initiatives across areas such as remote-site connectivity, industrial networking, and operational technology security.
The role combines consultative selling, technical understanding, relationship management, and business development in a collaborative virtual environment.
The ideal candidate will be based in Western Canada, particularly Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, or Saskatchewan.
Accountabilities
Manage the full sales cycle across an assigned territory, from prospecting and opportunity identification through relationship development, negotiation, and close.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with industrial customers and high-potential accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with end customers, decision-makers, operational leaders, technical stakeholders, and channel partners.
Manage and develop a healthy sales pipeline while consistently working toward revenue and business-development objectives.
Sell technology solutions that address industrial connectivity, operational technology security, networking, and digital transformation needs.
Collaborate closely with engineering and marketing teams to develop comprehensive solutions aligned with customers' technical and operational requirements.
Work effectively through a partner ecosystem to engage end customers, develop opportunities, and drive solution adoption.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for operational leaders, executives, and other decision-makers.
Use virtual sales tools, CRM platforms, and digital collaboration technologies to manage customer interactions and sales activities effectively.
Develop account strategies that reflect customer priorities, industry dynamics, business challenges, and emerging technology opportunities.
Stay informed about industrial technology trends, customer needs, and developments across sectors such as energy, resources, mining, and manufacturing.
Maintain a proactive, growth-oriented approach while collaborating with geographically distributed teams.
Continuously develop product, industry, and sales expertise to strengthen customer engagement and business outcomes.
At least 3 years of business-to-business sales experience, preferably within technology or industrial sectors.
Demonstrated success managing a sales pipeline and working toward revenue targets.
Proven experience selling to end customers in industrial environments through a channel or partner network.
Strong proficiency with virtual selling tools, CRM platforms such as Salesforce, and digital collaboration technologies.
Bachelor's degree in sales, business development, technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience selling IoT solutions, industrial networking, ruggedized networking equipment, cybersecurity, or related technologies is preferred.
Direct experience in mining and/or oil and gas environments is an asset.
Ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate their commercial value clearly to operational and executive stakeholders.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
Proactive and growth-oriented mindset, with the ability to work effectively within a remote and geographically distributed team.
Strong relationship-building and consultative selling capabilities.

Remote, full-time position based in Canada.
Candidates can work remotely from Western Canada, with a preferred location in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, or Saskatchewan.
Base salary range of CAD $156,900-$198,300, subject to location, experience, skills, qualifications, education, certifications, and other applicable factors.
Sales incentive compensation may be provided in addition to base salary, subject to the applicable sales compensation plan.
