Integration Developer - SAP & Informatica MDM

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Integration Developer - SAP & Informatica MDM based in India.

This is a hands-on integration and master data management role focused on connecting enterprise systems and ensuring reliable, governed data flows.

You will work across SAP and Informatica MDM environments, designing and supporting integrations that enable accurate and consistent master data.

The role combines application integration, data transformation, governance, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving.

You will work with technologies such as SAP IDOCs and BAPIs, Informatica workflows and mappings, relational databases, and SQL.

Your work will contribute directly to data quality, operational efficiency, and the reliability of critical enterprise processes.

The environment is technically collaborative, with opportunities to work across APIs, cloud and hybrid architectures, and modern integration platforms.

This is a fully remote contract opportunity in India, offering the chance to contribute to enterprise-scale technology initiatives.

Accountabilities

• Develop, implement, and support enterprise application integrations across SAP and Informatica MDM environments.
• Design and maintain SAP integrations using technologies such as IDOCs and BAPIs, ensuring reliable and accurate data exchange.
• Configure and support Informatica MDM implementations, including data mappings, workflows, and integration processes.
• Apply Master Data Management and Data Governance principles to maintain consistency, accuracy, and control across enterprise data.
• Develop and maintain processes for data transformation, cleansing, matching, and survivorship.
• Work with relational databases and SQL to investigate, validate, transform, and reconcile data.
• Troubleshoot integration failures and data issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective solutions.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Maintain clear technical documentation covering integrations, configurations, workflows, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Support integration architectures across SAP, Informatica, APIs, and connected enterprise applications.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in integration reliability, data quality, performance, and maintainability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise application integration and/or data management environments.
• Hands-on experience integrating SAP systems, with strong practical knowledge of SAP IDOCs and BAPIs.
• Strong implementation and production-support experience with Informatica MDM.
• Experience developing and maintaining Informatica data mappings, workflows, and integration processes.
• Solid understanding of Master Data Management and Data Governance concepts.
• Experience working with relational databases and SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of data transformation, cleansing, matching, and survivorship processes.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex integration and data issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document technical solutions clearly.
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP PI/PO or SAP CPI is an advantage.
• Experience with Informatica IDQ and/or PowerCenter is desirable.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP, XML, JSON, and EDI is a plus.
• Understanding of cloud and hybrid integration architectures and API gateways is beneficial.
• Experience working in Agile development environments is desirable.
• SAP and/or Informatica certifications are considered an advantage.
