AI Specialist - Video Production Agency

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AI Specialist - Video Production Agency based in India.

This role will lead the integration of AI across a modern, high-volume video production environment.

You will identify repetitive or inefficient workflows and turn them into scalable, AI-powered systems.

Your work will span the full production lifecycle, from ideation and scripting through editing, asset management, and delivery.

You will combine creative technology with automation to improve production speed, consistency, and quality.

The role offers significant ownership, with the opportunity to test emerging AI capabilities and put successful solutions into production.

You’ll collaborate closely with editors, producers, strategists, and project managers in a fast-moving, high-standard environment.

Your systems and innovations will directly influence how creative teams work and scale.

Accountabilities

• Lead the implementation and adoption of AI tools across video production and creative workflows, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, quality, and output.
• Analyze existing production processes to uncover bottlenecks, repetitive manual work, and operational inefficiencies, then design AI-powered solutions to address them.
• Integrate AI technologies throughout the production lifecycle, including ideation, scripting, transcription, captioning, clipping, voiceovers, image generation, asset tagging, editing, and delivery.
• Build and maintain workflow automations using platforms such as Zapier, Make, APIs, scripting, or comparable technologies.
• Develop scalable systems and processes that can be adopted consistently across the production team.
• Document workflows, create SOPs, and establish clear guidelines that enable team members to effectively use new AI-powered processes.
• Work closely with editors, strategists, producers, and project managers to understand operational needs and translate them into practical technical solutions.
• Test, evaluate, refine, and continuously optimize AI systems based on performance, reliability, quality, and team feedback.
• Stay informed about emerging AI capabilities and assess their potential application within creative production workflows.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience implementing AI tools within video production, creative operations, content workflows, or a comparable environment.
• Strong understanding of video post-production pipelines and modern editing workflows.
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools such as Zapier, Make, APIs, scripting, or similar technologies.
• Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and independently design practical AI-powered solutions that improve speed and quality.
• Familiarity with AI tools for transcription, captioning, video clipping, voice generation, image generation, asset management, and tagging.
• Experience using ClickUp, Frame.io, or comparable project management, collaboration, and creative review platforms.
• Strong process documentation skills, including the ability to develop clear, scalable SOPs for team adoption.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across creative, production, strategy, and project management functions.
• Highly detail-oriented and comfortable testing, troubleshooting, and iterating on AI systems in a rapidly changing environment.
• Systems-oriented mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and genuine curiosity about emerging AI technologies and their applications in creative production.
