This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista de SEO Sênior based in Brazil.

This is a senior-level opportunity to become the technical and strategic reference for SEO across the organization.

You will own the SEO journey end to end, from technical diagnosis and strategic planning through tactical execution and performance measurement.

The role spans technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, and the emerging field of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).

You will work closely with data, content, product, marketing, and development teams to turn insights into high-impact initiatives.

Your analysis will go beyond traffic, focusing on qualified acquisition, conversion, revenue, and other meaningful business outcomes.

You will also help shape how content is discovered, synthesized, and cited by generative search experiences such as AI-powered search engines and assistants.

This is an ideal role for an autonomous SEO professional who combines strong technical expertise, analytical thinking, strategic vision, and measurable results.

Accountabilities

• Lead technical SEO audits covering crawlability, indexing, site performance, Core Web Vitals, structured data, canonicalization, hreflang, and other critical technical factors.
• Analyze data from Google Search Console, GA4, server logs, and other sources to identify opportunities, diagnose issues, and support data-driven decisions.
• Develop and execute on-page SEO strategies covering information architecture, internal linking, search intent, and content optimization.
• Build strategic and tactical SEO plans, prioritizing initiatives based on expected business impact and measuring results against meaningful business metrics.
• Conduct keyword research and create structured, search-intent-driven content briefs for the content team, providing strategic direction without owning the writing execution.
• Develop and evolve GEO strategies designed to improve content visibility across generative search experiences, monitoring how AI-powered platforms crawl, synthesize, and cite information.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Development, and Content teams to prioritize and implement SEO initiatives effectively.
• Report SEO performance through business-oriented metrics such as qualified traffic, conversion, revenue, and overall contribution to growth.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and translate SEO insights into actionable recommendations across technical, content, and product initiatives.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of hands-on SEO experience with demonstrable results across technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy.
• Strong technical SEO expertise, including crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, structured data, hreflang, canonicalization, and related technical concepts.
• Proven experience developing and implementing on-page SEO strategies with measurable outcomes.
• Practical experience with GEO and content optimization for visibility in AI-generated search results and responses.
• Ability to independently develop content briefs based on search intent, keyword research, user needs, and business objectives.
• Strong experience analyzing raw data from Google Search Console, GA4, server logs, and other SEO data sources.
• Proficiency with tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs or Semrush, and Looker Studio.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical SEO concepts and data insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• High degree of autonomy, analytical thinking, organization, and ownership of initiatives from diagnosis through execution.
• Knowledge of SQL for large-scale data analysis and cross-source data validation is a plus.
• Experience acting as the sole or primary SEO specialist within an organization is desirable.
• Experience with off-page SEO, including domain authority, link-profile analysis, and strategic partnerships, is an advantage.
• Experience with ASO or YouTube SEO is considered a plus.
