This is a strategic opportunity for a senior Pricing professional to shape pricing strategies across a dynamic financial products portfolio.
You will translate market dynamics, customer behavior, competitive positioning, and financial objectives into impactful pricing decisions.
The role combines data analysis, financial modeling, commercial strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.
You will monitor pricing performance, identify opportunities, and lead initiatives that improve margins, competitiveness, and business value.
Working with teams across Sales, Product, and Finance, you will help turn complex data into clear recommendations and actionable strategies.

Accountabilities
- Develop pricing and discount strategies across different products, balancing business objectives, market dynamics, customer needs, and profitability.
- Support the deployment of Pricing targets and key levers, including pricing levels, competitive positioning, minimum margins for campaigns, and other commercial parameters.
- Monitor day-to-day pricing dynamics, analyzing sales performance, competition, and margins to identify issues and coordinate timely adjustments with relevant teams.
- Extract, structure, analyze, and present data to generate insights, studies, and recommendations related to products, processes, pricing policies, and business optimization initiatives.
- Monitor the results of implemented pricing strategies and policies, preparing reports and executive presentations with recommendations for strategic improvements.
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate Pricing processes, increasing efficiency, scalability, and quality of analysis.
- Represent the Pricing function in relevant meetings, contributing strategic perspectives and facilitating decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Finance, and other functional teams to align initiatives and drive Pricing projects from analysis through implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Solid professional experience in pricing processes, customer repricing, and/or pricing desk operations.
- Previous experience in payments, fintech, banking, financial institutions, or related financial services environments.
- Strong knowledge of Financial Mathematics and its application to pricing and business decision-making.
- Strong data analysis capabilities, including hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Metabase, and Databricks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to transform complex datasets into practical business recommendations.
- Strategic mindset, proactivity, autonomy, and strong ownership of projects and outcomes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders, translating financial and analytical concepts into clear communication.
- Experience with A/B pricing tests is a plus.
- Experience with financial or credit products is a plus.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace tools such as Sheets, Slides, Calendar, and Gmail is a plus.
- Experience using AI to automate tasks and improve analytical or operational processes is a plus.
