This senior consulting role serves as a trusted advisor and central point of coordination for assigned client relationships.
You will combine advanced Data Analytics expertise with strong knowledge of artificial intelligence to identify needs and recommend practical solutions.
The role spans client relationship management, strategic consulting, complex project coordination, and AI-enabled workflow optimization.
You will translate complex technical and analytical concepts into clear guidance for both technical and non-technical audiences.
The position requires strong judgment and the ability to influence teams, manage escalations, and balance client objectives with business priorities.
You will also contribute to continuous improvement by sharing emerging AI developments, mentoring colleagues, and identifying new opportunities.

Accountabilities:
- Serve as the primary AI & Analytics point of contact for assigned clients, building trusted relationships and developing a strong understanding of their goals, priorities, and requirements.
- Anticipate client needs, manage expectations, and proactively communicate priorities, timelines, risks, dependencies, and potential challenges.
- Act as a trusted advisor by helping clients assess AI and Analytics options and make informed decisions.
- Provide subject matter expertise on AI, advanced Data Analytics capabilities, workflows, use cases, and industry best practices.
- Translate client objectives and project requirements into practical AI and Analytics strategies, workflows, and implementation approaches.
- Advise clients and internal stakeholders on AI capabilities, limitations, appropriate applications, risks, and implementation considerations.
- Evaluate proposed approaches and recommend alternative solutions when requested methods are inefficient, impractical, or inconsistent with best practices.
- Manage complex AI and Analytics projects and workflows from strategy through execution when appropriate.
- Communicate sophisticated AI, technical, and analytical concepts clearly to diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
- Maintain visibility across client AI and Analytics initiatives and coordinate internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistent service delivery.
- Identify dependencies, competing priorities, communication gaps, and service-delivery risks and coordinate appropriate actions.
- Serve as a key escalation point for client concerns, involving leadership or specialized expertise when needed.
- Coordinate issue resolution and ensure timely communication of status, decisions, and next steps.
- Ensure client needs are routed through appropriate channels and aligned with established processes while recognizing when alternative approaches are justified.
- Demonstrate leadership through expertise, sound judgment, accountability, and effective cross-functional coordination without relying on formal authority.
- Serve as an informal mentor and resource for Consultants and other team members, sharing knowledge, emerging developments, and best practices.
- Capture client feedback and identify trends and opportunities to improve processes, service delivery, and the overall client experience.
- Monitor developments in AI and identify emerging capabilities, risks, and use cases relevant to clients and the broader business.
- Consider client objectives, scope, efficiency, scalability, resources, and commercial implications when recommending solutions.
- Identify scope, resource, or commercial concerns and engage appropriate stakeholders to address them.
- Accurately track required client and project metrics, including billing time, culling metrics, and other reporting requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in Data Analytics, eDiscovery, legal technology, artificial intelligence, comparable consulting services, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of relevant professional experience.
- Advanced understanding of Data Analytics concepts, tools, and workflows, including experience with Relativity, Brainspace, Excel, and/or comparable technologies.
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, including generative AI and its application to legal, eDiscovery, or other data-intensive workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate AI use cases and advise clients and stakeholders on AI capabilities, limitations, and appropriate implementation.
- Experience independently assessing complex client and project situations, managing sophisticated workflows, and recommending effective solutions.
- Strong client relationship management and consultative problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage expectations, resolve concerns, and handle escalations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to coordinate, influence, and collaborate effectively across teams without formal authority.
- Ability to provide guidance and informal mentorship to less experienced colleagues.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, accountability, responsiveness, and follow-through skills.
- Demonstrated sound judgment and independent decision-making in complex situations.
- Ability to balance client service, operational requirements, established processes, and broader business and commercial considerations.
- D., Paralegal Certificate, or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Retrieval Sciences, or a comparable discipline, or equivalent experience.
