As a Marketing Analytics & Data Visualization Architect, you will shape how Marketing performance is measured, analyzed, visualized, and communicated across the organization. You will own the reporting and analytics layer while partnering with Marketing, Finance, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Partner, Content, and other business teams. The role combines data modeling, business intelligence, visualization, governance, and strategic analytics to create trusted insights across the full marketing funnel. You will modernize reporting through self-service analytics, automation, and AI-assisted capabilities. You will also play a key role in technology and architecture decisions involving enterprise data platforms, BI tools, APIs, and emerging AI workflows. Accountabilities:
- Build executive-ready dashboards and reporting covering Marketing performance, pipeline, funnel conversion, campaign effectiveness, attribution, and ROI.
- Establish consistent KPI definitions, measurement frameworks, metric standards, and visualization practices across Marketing.
- Translate complex datasets and analytical findings into clear business insights, actionable recommendations, and compelling executive narratives.
- Modernize reporting through self-service analytics, automation, and AI-assisted insight generation.
- Connect and model data across Salesforce, Snowflake, HubSpot, and other go-to-market systems to support scalable full-funnel reporting and attribution.
- Develop analytical and semantic models that provide reliable foundations for business intelligence, reporting, and AI-powered analytics.
- Establish trusted sources of truth through data governance, documentation, data lineage, quality controls, and reporting certification.
- Partner with Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, Data, and system owners to ensure data is structured, accessible, and fit for analytical use.
- Evaluate AI tools, platforms, and architectural approaches that can improve Marketing analytics, reporting, visualization, and business intelligence.
- Define the data, metrics, semantic models, and visualization requirements needed to support AI agents and intelligent workflows.
- Develop AI-enabled analytics capabilities such as conversational reporting, automated insights, and intelligent visualization.
- Participate in architecture decisions involving MCP, APIs, Snowflake, Salesforce, BI platforms, and other enterprise data technologies.
- Partner with Marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business questions into measurable KPIs and scalable reporting solutions.
- Identify performance gaps, pipeline leakage, and optimization opportunities across the marketing funnel, presenting findings and recommendations with strong executive presence.
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Marketing Operations, Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, or a related discipline.
- Strong experience with business intelligence and visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or comparable technologies.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce CRM data structures and B2B marketing funnel metrics.
- Experience working with enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Azure, or similar technologies.
- Strong SQL and data modeling capabilities, including experience connecting and analyzing data across multiple business systems.
- Demonstrated experience with attribution, pipeline reporting, campaign measurement, and Marketing ROI.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for executive and business stakeholders.
- Experience with AI tools, agentic workflows, or AI-driven analytics is a strong advantage, including familiarity with technologies such as Claude, ChatGPT, Snowflake Cortex, Cursor, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with MCP, APIs, semantic models, structured prompting, JSON, or context engineering is desirable.
- Experience with dbt, Python, R, or comparable analytics technologies is a plus.
- Experience working in high-growth B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology environments is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking, with an ability to connect systems, metrics, and business decisions across the full funnel.
- High attention to data quality, governance, consistent definitions, and scalable analytical practices.
- Ability to communicate complex analysis through concise, compelling, and actionable business narratives.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment and influence technology and analytics decisions.
- Competitive annual salary range of $140,000-$169,000.
