Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Vice President, Clinical Service Operations based in United States.

As Vice President, Clinical Service Operations, you will own the operational engine supporting a large-scale virtual clinical practice. You will ensure clinical capacity reliably meets member demand while building the infrastructure, workflows, and governance required for efficient care delivery. The role carries significant operational and financial responsibility, including workforce planning, capacity forecasting, budgeting, COGS management, and headcount planning. You will partner closely with clinical operations, HR, Finance, Product, Analytics, and growth leaders to align supply with changing demand. A major focus will be ensuring onboarding services, sensor support, and human coverage are consistently available so members can progress without operational delays. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership opportunity to scale healthcare operations, strengthen service reliability, and build capacity for new clients, programs, and innovations.

Accountabilities:

    • Own the balance between clinical supply and member demand, maintaining utilization within a healthy 90-110% range through forecasting, workforce planning, staffing, scheduling, and capacity adjustments.
    • Lead supply and demand planning for enrollment-related clinical services, ensuring sufficient onboarding-visit capacity, staffing, coverage, and support so enrollment is not constrained by clinical capacity.
    • Ensure reliable completion of onboarding visits through effective staffing, scheduling, backfill processes, and rapid recovery of missed or failed visits.
    • Maintain adequate on-demand sensor support during onboarding and ensure human coverage is available behind automated or agentic workflows when critical enrollment steps cannot be completed automatically.
    • Ensure appropriate licensing and credentialing across clinical teams and pods, supporting seamless enrollment and compliant delivery across multiple states.
    • Structure clinical capacity around contractual requirements, member population needs, client growth, new launches, innovation initiatives, role mix, skills, languages, licensing, and availability.
    • Partner with HR to monitor absenteeism, workforce reliability, and coverage, incorporating real-world availability into capacity planning and escalating issues when established standards are not met.
    • Own the operational infrastructure supporting the clinical practice, including scheduling templates, visit types, practice reporting, operational dashboards, and standardized documentation.
    • Maintain reliable virtual-visit operations, targeting a daily visit-loss rate below 20% through scheduling optimization, automated reminders, proactive backfill, and rapid issue resolution.
    • Own operational financial management, including budget planning, COGS, financial reporting, and headcount approvals, ensuring workforce growth remains aligned with demand and unit economics.
    • Convert monthly demand forecasts into actionable headcount plans across providers, coaches, RNs, MAs, MEAs, and L1 support, ensuring capacity is delivered on schedule.
    • Partner with Care Team Operations to translate required clinical workforce attributes into an appropriately structured and scalable supply model.
    • Support enrollment leadership by providing the care-team capacity and service conditions required for enrollment performance while remaining accountable for supply and operational readiness rather than the enrollment metric itself.
    • Lead and develop multi-layer operational teams while building scalable capabilities for new client launches, programs, pilots, and evolving care models.
    • Use operational metrics, analytics, and performance reporting to identify variance, improve reliability, and continuously optimize the clinical service organization.
    • Requirements:

      • 10+ years of experience in healthcare operations, including significant leadership experience in virtual, telehealth, or multi-site clinical operations at scale.
      • Deep expertise in workforce management and capacity planning, including supply-demand modeling, forecasting, scheduling, staffing ratios, and utilization management.
      • Demonstrated experience forecasting demand and delivering clinical capacity behind onboarding or enrollment functions, including visits, member or sensor support, and human coverage for automated workflows.
      • Proven experience owning operational budgets, COGS, and headcount planning, with a strong understanding of unit economics and financial stewardship.
      • Experience designing and governing clinical practice infrastructure, including scheduling systems, appointment and visit-type structures, operational reporting, and performance dashboards.
      • Strong data fluency and the ability to manage operations through meaningful metrics while partnering effectively with analytics teams.
      • Experience partnering with growth or enrollment leaders by providing the operational capacity and service coverage required to support commercial performance.
      • Proven cross-functional leadership across clinical operations, HR, Finance, Product, Technology, and other business functions.
      • Experience scaling healthcare operations for growth, including preparing capacity for new clients, contracts, programs, and operational innovations.
      • Excellent people leadership skills, with experience managing multi-layer operational organizations and developing high-performing teams.
      • Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on operating style and the ability to independently identify problems, establish solutions, and drive execution.
      • Experience in value-based care, chronic or metabolic care, digital health, or consumer health is preferred.
      • Familiarity with clinical workforce management tools and telehealth delivery platforms is desirable.
      • Ability to work independently with AI-enabled productivity tools such as Claude is a plus.
      • This is a remote U.S.-based opportunity. Candidates must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer; employment visa sponsorship or transfer of sponsorship is not available.
      • Benefits:

        • Competitive annual compensation range of $250,000-$270,000.
        • Competitive total rewards package aligned with leading technology companies.
        • Opportunity for equity participation.
        • Fully remote work with a global, accomplished team.
        • High level of flexibility designed to support employees across different stages of life and career.
        • Unlimited vacation with manager approval.
        • 16 weeks of 100% paid parental leave for delivering parents and 8 weeks of 100% paid parental leave for non-delivering parents.
        • 100% employer-sponsored healthcare, dental, and vision coverage for employees, with 80% coverage for eligible family members.
        • Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account options.
        • 401(k) retirement savings plan.
        • Opportunity to work on large-scale virtual healthcare operations with significant impact on member experience and clinical service delivery.
        • Professional growth and learning opportunities within a dynamic, high-growth environment.
        • Collaborative culture emphasizing passion, talent, trust, and meaningful operational impact.
        • Opportunity to help scale clinical services, support new programs and client launches, and strengthen the infrastructure behind innovative care delivery.
