Promote standardized program management practices, templates, and delivery disciplines while using automation and AI-enabled tools where appropriate to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
- Execution Visibility & Accountability: Build reliable visibility into milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and delivery performance. Provide decision-oriented reporting that helps leadership and delivery teams understand progress, address barriers, and maintain momentum across priority initiatives.
- First-Six-Month Impact: Establish dependable portfolio visibility, improve coordination and follow-through across internal and external partners, strengthen governance reporting, independently drive priority initiatives, and reduce the operational burden on platform owners and MarTech leadership through proactive execution management.
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, Technology, Operations, or a related discipline, combined with 7+ years of experience in program management, project management, digital operations, marketing technology, or a related field.

- Cross-Functional Coordination: Proven ability to coordinate internal teams, external vendors, agency partners, and diverse business stakeholders while managing competing priorities, timelines, resources, and dependencies.
- Communication & Executive Presence: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions, create leadership-ready status reports and portfolio views, present decision-support materials, and communicate effectively with both delivery teams and senior stakeholders.
- Structured Problem Solving: Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to bring structure to ambiguity, translate priorities into actionable execution plans, identify risks early, and drive accountability without direct authority.
- Delivery Methodologies & Tools: Working knowledge of Agile, hybrid delivery, and product operating models. Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Power BI, or comparable project and portfolio-management platforms is preferred.
- Industry & Emerging Technology: Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or another highly regulated industry is preferred. Exposure to AI-enabled marketing capabilities, digital experiences, content operations, or omnichannel programs is also valuable.
