Profile match
Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Paid Media Specialist based in Australia.

This role offers the opportunity to drive measurable enrolment outcomes through high-impact digital marketing campaigns across the Australian education market. You will manage and optimise paid media across search, social and emerging digital channels, combining data, technology and strategic thinking to maximise return on investment. Working within a high-performing digital marketing environment, you will use automation and AI-powered technologies to improve campaign performance and uncover new opportunities. You will collaborate closely with creative, content and web teams to strengthen campaigns and landing-page experiences. The role provides autonomy to test new approaches, explore emerging technologies and influence campaign strategy. Your work will directly contribute to connecting learners with valuable educational opportunities in a purpose-driven environment.

Accountabilities

    • Develop, manage and optimise paid search, paid social and retargeting campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn.
    • Leverage AI-powered campaign formats, automation and emerging advertising technologies to improve campaign effectiveness and drive innovation.

    • Requirements

      • Experience in digital marketing, paid media or a closely related discipline, with a strong understanding of performance-driven campaign management.

      • Commercial mindset with a focus on performance, measurable outcomes and maximising return on investment.
      • Interest in artificial intelligence (AI), automation and emerging marketing technologies, with curiosity about applying new tools to improve campaign performance.
      • Ability to forecast media spend, lead volumes and campaign outcomes and use these insights to support planning and optimisation.
      • Understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO), testing strategies and landing-page performance.
      • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify opportunities for optimisation and continuous improvement.
      • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with creative, content, web and broader marketing teams.
      • Proactive, adaptable and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
      • Ability to translate complex analytical findings into practical recommendations for stakeholders.
      • Passion for digital marketing and an interest in using technology and data to create meaningful outcomes.
      • Candidates must reside in Australia and have full working rights.
