This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Pessoa Analista de Negócios based in Brazil.

This is a remote PJ opportunity for a business professional who enjoys transforming customer challenges into innovative technology solutions.

You will identify and develop new business opportunities across regulatory, environmental services, and digital solutions.

The role combines business analysis, strategic research, solution design, and customer engagement.

You will investigate client needs, formulate hypotheses, and contribute to technical, economic, and strategic feasibility studies.

You will also help shape customized technology solutions, including geotechnology initiatives and proofs of concept, alongside IT teams.

The position requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Marketing, Operations, and technology stakeholders.

It is an agile, fast-paced environment suited to an analytical, proactive professional who can manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives forward.

Accountabilities:

• Analyze and develop new business opportunities across regulatory, environmental services, digital solutions, and other relevant areas.
• Conduct detailed customer and market research to identify opportunities, threats, business challenges, and potential solution areas.
• Develop hypotheses and insights to be validated with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support technical, economic, and strategic feasibility studies for new projects and technology-driven solutions.
• Map business requirements and contribute to the design of customized technology solutions, particularly those involving geotechnologies.
• Partner with technology teams to develop and validate proofs of concept (POCs) and solution approaches.
• Structure robust, customized technical proposals aligned with customers' strategic challenges and business objectives.
• Serve as a focal point across Commercial, Marketing, Operations, and technology teams throughout solution development and implementation.
• Contribute to consultative sales initiatives and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and business opportunities.
• Use CRM tools and structured analysis to support opportunity management and business development activities.
• Manage multiple demands simultaneously, maintaining agility, prioritization, and delivery focus in a fast-moving environment.
• Travel when required to support customers, projects, or business initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, particularly Environmental or Forestry Engineering, Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, solution design, IT, or the development of technology solutions.
• Previous experience translating business needs into technology-oriented solutions and supporting customer-facing initiatives.
• Advanced knowledge of consultative sales and CRM tools.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to research complex topics, identify opportunities, and develop structured hypotheses.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and assertively with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, resilient, execution-oriented profile with the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to coordinate initiatives across Commercial, Marketing, Operations, and Technology.
• Willingness and availability to travel as required.
• Differential: knowledge or experience with geotechnologies, environmental regularization, and land regularization.
