As a Mid-Level Flutter Developer, you will contribute to the development and continuous improvement of mobile applications with a strong focus on quality and user experience.

You will work on new features while maintaining existing functionality and keeping the codebase clean, scalable, and easy to maintain.

Accountabilities:

• Develop new mobile application features using Flutter while maintaining existing functionality and ensuring high standards of code quality, readability, and maintainability.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and help define effective development strategies for mobile applications.
• Participate actively in code review sessions, providing and incorporating constructive technical feedback.
• Identify and propose improvements to application UX and performance, with the goal of reducing support demands and increasing user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams in an agile environment to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.
• Apply software development best practices, testing strategies, and architectural patterns throughout the development lifecycle.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives involving application quality, development processes, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Professional experience developing mobile applications with Flutter and solid knowledge of the Flutter ecosystem.
• Knowledge of Design Systems, unit testing, widget testing, and different state management approaches.
• Experience or strong understanding of software architecture patterns, particularly Clean Architecture, as well as common design and development patterns such as Facades and Decorators.
• Experience integrating mobile applications with backend services using request providers such as Dio.
• Knowledge of microservices and Micro Apps concepts and architectures.
• Familiarity with TDD/BDD, considered a plus.
• Experience managing feature releases through Remote Config, Firebase, or feature toggles.
• Familiarity with Firebase Dynamic Links, Crashlytics, Firebase Analytics and analytics tagging is a plus.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and development automation tools such as Jenkins.
• Familiarity with code quality tools such as Sonar is a plus.
• Experience using project and task management tools, preferably Jira.
• Experience with repository management and version control platforms such as GitHub or Bitbucket.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in environments using frameworks such as Scrum.
• Knowledge of AI applied to software development, including tools such as Devin, Cursor, or Gemini, AI API integrations, Large Language Model (LLM) concepts, and best practices for adopting AI in development workflows.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Critical and analytical thinking, strong time-management skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
