This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Manager Especialista I (Lojas - Estruturante) based in Brazil.

This is a strategic product role focused on building and evolving foundational digital products that enable scalable retail operations.

You will own technical product roadmaps spanning platforms, infrastructure, architecture, and other critical capabilities.

The role combines product strategy, technical understanding, data-driven decision-making, and close collaboration with engineering teams.

You will translate complex technical challenges into clear priorities, measurable outcomes, and business impact.

You will also help drive modernization initiatives, reduce technical debt, and enable greater system decoupling across the ecosystem.

Working with both technical and executive stakeholders, you will facilitate alignment, experimentation, and long-term planning.

This is an opportunity to shape products that strengthen the foundations of a large-scale digital retail environment.

Accountabilities

    • Manage strategic digital products that serve as foundational platforms and infrastructure enablers, ensuring alignment with business strategy and continuous roadmap evolution.
    • Define and monitor product metrics such as adoption of standards, stability, performance, and technical debt reduction, translating technical progress into executive-level reports and business impact.
    • Develop deep expertise in the needs of users and partner squads, facilitating alignment and ideation sessions to identify scalable solutions.
    • Lead experiments involving architecture concepts, technical standards, and tools, documenting results and sharing learnings to support the healthy evolution of the technology ecosystem.
    • Act as a bridge between organizational needs and engineering teams, managing dependencies across multiple areas and supporting technical decoupling initiatives.
    • Plan and facilitate Agile ceremonies and prioritization rituals in partnership with engineering teams.
    • Balance long-term structural initiatives with short-term business demands while maintaining a clear, impact-oriented product roadmap.
    • Requirements

      • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or a related technology field.
      • Previous experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner working across the lifecycle of technical products such as platforms, APIs, infrastructure, or similar solutions.
      • Solid understanding of software architecture, security, and software development lifecycles.
      • Ability to use product and technical metrics, telemetry, adoption data, performance indicators, and stability measures to support decision-making.
      • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum and Kanban, combined with excellent planning and prioritization skills.
      • Ability to balance long-term structural deliveries with short-term priorities and emerging business needs.
      • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical specialists, engineering teams, executives, and other stakeholders.
      • Experience mentoring teams, encouraging documentation, and increasing organizational and technical maturity.
      • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise presentations for different audiences.
      • Analytical, questioning, and proactive mindset, with the confidence to challenge the status quo and maintain a roadmap focused on measurable business impact.
      • Experience with large-scale technology migrations or re-architecture projects is a strong plus.
