This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Manager IV based in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to lead the strategy, growth, and lifecycle management of a complex product portfolio within a highly technical environment.

You will shape product roadmaps, influence new product development, and align offerings with evolving customer and market needs.

Working across engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and customer-facing teams, you will drive initiatives that directly impact revenue, margins, quality, and delivery performance.

The position combines strategic product leadership with hands-on ownership of pricing, forecasting, launches, market intelligence, and lifecycle decisions.

You will operate with significant autonomy and influence senior stakeholders across multiple functions and levels of the organization.

The role is ideal for an experienced product leader who enjoys solving complex business challenges and turning market insights into measurable results.

Accountabilities

    • Own the strategy and lifecycle management of assigned product lines, including product research, market analysis, competitive intelligence, positioning, roadmap development, requirements, launches, and lifecycle optimization.
    • Develop and champion business cases, product plans, specifications, launch strategies, and ongoing portfolio initiatives aligned with customer and business priorities.
    • Manage pricing activities, including pricing analysis for new product launches, periodic price changes, and special pricing requests.
    • Partner closely with engineering leadership to ensure product roadmaps reflect market requirements and that new products are delivered on time and according to customer expectations.
    • Coordinate cross-functional inputs to achieve portfolio targets across revenue, margin, quality, delivery, reliability, and overall business performance.
    • Own demand planning and sales forecasting, using market and business insights to support accurate portfolio planning.
    • Monitor product quality, design effectiveness, cost, reliability, and enhancement opportunities, contributing to continuous product improvement.
    • Analyze excess and obsolete inventory and use product specifications and attributes to inform marketing strategies and commercial materials.
    • Develop and maintain product information for marketing collateral, catalogs, customer communications, and sales enablement.
    • Support customer and account management activities by providing product expertise, specifications, and solutions to customers and sales teams.
    • Champion new product development initiatives and ensure the portfolio continues to address evolving customer and market needs.
    • Coordinate product and applications training for customers, sales, customer service, applications engineering, and other relevant stakeholders.
    • Represent the business in relevant professional associations and technical industry discussions, helping maintain awareness of market developments and emerging requirements.
    • Lead through influence in a highly autonomous environment, building alignment across functions and levels of the organization without relying solely on direct authority.
    • Requirements

      • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent professional experience.
      • 5-7 years of relevant product management, product development, business management, or related experience; 8+ years is preferred.
      • Strong experience managing product portfolios and driving initiatives across the full product lifecycle.
      • Demonstrated ability to develop product strategies, business cases, roadmaps, forecasts, pricing plans, and launch programs.
      • Strong analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to connect market insights and product decisions to revenue, profitability, quality, and customer outcomes.
      • Experience collaborating effectively with engineering, sales, marketing, operations, customer service, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
      • Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, particularly in environments where success depends on leadership through influence.
      • Ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, make data-informed decisions, and take ownership of portfolio performance.
      • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to translate technical product information into clear business and customer value.
      • Comfortable representing the business in industry associations, technical discussions, and customer-facing settings.
      • Authorized to work in the United States.
      • The role may involve access to technical data, technology, software/source code, hardware, or other items subject to U.S. and international export control regulations. Employment or access to certain materials may therefore be subject to applicable export-control requirements and government authorization.
      • Benefits

        • Competitive base salary of approximately $139,300-$209,000 annually, depending on physical location, experience, qualifications, and internal and external equity.
        • Total compensation package combining base salary, incentive opportunities, and benefits.
        • Comprehensive health insurance coverage.
        • 401(k) retirement savings plan.
        • Disability and life insurance.
        • Employee stock purchase plan.
        • Paid time off.
