This is a fully remote opportunity supporting programs and projects within a highly regulated commercial nuclear and energy environment.
The role provides essential administrative and coordination support that keeps project activities organized and moving forward.
You will manage documentation, correspondence, meeting logistics, project records, and digital collaboration tools.
The position offers broad exposure to project operations and requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and process discipline.
You will work with project teams and stakeholders across a structured environment where accuracy and timely follow-through are critical.

Accountabilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to programs and projects, following established corporate systems, processes, policies, and procedures.
- Prepare, format, proofread, edit, organize, and distribute project documents, including specifications, reports, white papers, calculations, correspondence, and procedures.
- Maintain correspondence control logs, project records, databases, spreadsheets, and other administrative tracking tools.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings, prepare agendas and meeting materials, record minutes, and maintain action logs and follow-up items.
- Support visitor and customer arrangements, special events, and other project-related activities as directed by management.
- Create, update, and maintain project SharePoint sites and ensure information is organized and accessible to authorized stakeholders.
- Prepare purchase requisitions and provide administrative assistance for project-related procurement activities.
- Develop and maintain onboarding packages, checklists, and supporting materials for new team members.
- Handle project information with appropriate care in an environment subject to significant security, cybersecurity, and data protection requirements.
- Perform additional administrative and project support duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- At least 5 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably supporting complex projects or professional teams.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and SharePoint, with the ability to create and maintain documents, spreadsheets, databases, and digital project resources.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare professional correspondence, reports, meeting materials, and project documentation.
- High attention to detail and a consistent focus on accuracy, completeness, and timely execution.
- Ability to work effectively within structured processes and highly regulated environments with stringent security, cybersecurity, and data protection requirements.
- Strong discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive project and organizational information.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with project teams and stakeholders while also working independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be a U.S. citizen to be considered for the position.
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $42,000 to $71,000, depending on skills, experience, and geographic location.
