This is a fully remote recruiting opportunity focused on high-volume hiring within a fast-paced virtual healthcare environment.
You’ll own the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through offers, background checks, and onboarding handoff.
The role primarily supports entry-level operational hiring while also providing opportunities to contribute to clinical and licensed recruiting.
You’ll manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and use recruiting data to maintain healthy pipelines and meet hiring targets.
Strong collaboration with hiring managers and leadership will allow you to influence sourcing strategies and hiring processes.
The position offers meaningful exposure to remote healthcare recruiting, including clinical licensure and multi-state eligibility.

Accountabilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for a high volume of concurrent requisitions across operational, entry-level, clinical, and other role types as needed.
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, sourcing platforms, passive outreach, and other channels while maintaining strong ready-to-hire pipelines.
- Screen candidates against role requirements, knockout criteria, technical readiness, and suitability for a fully remote work environment.
- Coordinate recruiter, hiring manager, and panel interviews while maintaining accurate candidate records, statuses, and notes within the ATS.
- Extend offers, negotiate within approved compensation ranges, and manage candidates through background checks and the transition to onboarding.
- Support clinical and licensed recruiting when required, including helping verify professional licenses and multi-state eligibility in collaboration with clinical leadership and compliance teams.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, establish realistic hiring timelines, and adapt sourcing strategies based on recruiting challenges.
- Monitor requisition status, pipeline health, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance, and other recruiting metrics, proactively escalating risks to hiring stakeholders.
- Provide candidates with a professional, responsive, and transparent experience while accurately communicating role expectations, schedules, technical requirements, and working conditions.
- Identify opportunities to improve sourcing channels, screening questions, ATS workflows, application processes, interview guides, and overall recruiting efficiency.
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably with high-volume and/or entry-level hiring.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent requisitions across different job families and priorities.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system; Greenhouse experience is strongly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while proactively communicating recruiting progress, pipeline health, and potential risks.
- Experience in healthcare, medical office, clinical support, telehealth, or virtual care recruiting is preferred.
- Familiarity with clinical licensing requirements, including compact multi-state licensure, is a plus or willingness to learn is expected.
- Strong attention to detail and a metrics-oriented approach to recruiting.
- Comfortable working with technology and maintaining accurate information across multiple systems and recruiting platforms.
- Must be physically located in the United States and able to work remotely with reliable internet connectivity and a secure, private home-office environment.
- Ability to work with a Windows or macOS computer meeting the required technical specifications, including 16 GB RAM, reliable high-speed internet, webcam, wired headphones, and direct Ethernet connection.
- Willingness to participate in required video-based identity verification during screening, interviews, and training.
- $25 per hour compensation for a full-time W2 position.
