Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Regional Director, Partner Account Manager based in United States.

This is a regional sales leadership role focused on building, coaching, and scaling a high-performing team of Partner Account Managers. You will help drive revenue growth and consistent quota attainment across a defined geographic territory. The role combines frontline sales leadership, talent development, forecasting, and strategic partner engagement. You will play an active role in strengthening relationships across the retirement services and HCM ecosystem. Success requires a hands-on leader who can balance accountability, collaboration, and adaptability in a fast-moving environment. The position offers meaningful opportunities to influence growth while helping expand access to retirement solutions for small and medium-sized businesses.

Accountabilities:

    • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Partner Account Managers, helping each team member consistently achieve and exceed revenue and quota objectives through structured coaching, feedback, and performance management.
    • Recruit, onboard, and retain high-performing Partner Account Managers by identifying the required skills and competencies and providing ongoing support across sales and implementation processes.
    • Own and oversee the end-to-end regional sales process, ensuring strong pipeline management, accurate forecasting, disciplined execution, and consistent progress toward revenue goals.
    • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance while maintaining an engaging and positive team environment.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships throughout the regional partner ecosystem, including professional services and business partners that can contribute to pipeline development and revenue growth.
    • Travel within the assigned region and nationally to conduct field rides with team members and participate in sales conferences, trade shows, partnership meetings, and other strategic events.
    • Requirements:

      • At least 1 year of experience successfully selling 401(k) or retirement plan solutions, with a demonstrated history of achieving sales results in the space.
      • 3-5 years of experience leading frontline sales professionals, preferably across multiple functions within the retirement services, HCM, payroll, or related industry.
      • A proven record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas, with strong commercial judgment and the ability to translate team activity into measurable revenue performance.
      • Experience building and maintaining relationships with CPAs, payroll providers, HR consultants, benefits brokers, or similar professional and channel partners.
      • Strong technology skills and hands-on experience using Salesforce CRM or comparable platforms to manage sales activity, pipeline visibility, forecasting, and performance.
      • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coach sales professionals, build trusted relationships, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
      • A flexible and resilient approach to work, with the ability to adapt to frequent change, manage competing priorities, and maintain performance in a fast-paced environment.
      • Strong leadership presence, accountability, collaboration, and a genuine commitment to developing people and building high-performing teams.
      • Benefits:

        • Total On Target Earnings of $210,000-$220,000, including a base salary of $100,000-$110,000 and target variable compensation of $110,000, with the final offer determined by relevant skills and experience.
        • Stock option grants designed to provide employees with an opportunity to participate in long-term financial growth.
        • Employer-sponsored 401(k) plan with a dollar-for-dollar match up to 4% of compensation, immediately vested, with no plan fees.
        • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance options.
        • Competitive paid time off and parental leave.
        • Unlimited access to financial wellness tools, financial professionals, and educational resources supporting equity and personal financial planning.
        • Enhanced mental health support for employees and dependents.
        • Fertility healthcare and family-forming benefits.
        • Student loan planning and repayment resources for employees and their families.
        • Monthly work-from-home stipend and quarterly lifestyle stipend.
        • Team-building experiences, including virtual social events, in-person gatherings, and team offsites.
        • An opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven organization working to expand access to retirement savings and financial security for employees at small and medium-sized businesses.
