Join a customer-focused retail sales team representing a leading technology brand in a high-traffic retail environment.
You’ll be responsible for driving product sales while creating engaging and knowledgeable customer experiences.
The role combines sales execution, relationship building, product education, and in-store brand management.
You’ll work closely with retail managers and store associates to maintain strong partnerships and deliver program objectives.

You’ll have the opportunity to directly influence sales performance while providing valuable customer and market insights.
This is a part-time opportunity requiring 20 hours per week, with regular Thursday-Sunday availability.
Accountabilities
- Represent the technology brand professionally as a knowledgeable and engaging brand ambassador within the assigned retail location.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with retail managers, store associates, and other key retail contacts.
- Serve as the primary in-store contact for program execution and support.
- Educate customers on products, answer questions, address objections, and confidently recommend solutions based on customer needs.
- Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall program performance.
- Execute sales initiatives, promotional activities, and designated in-store product focus periods.
- Track daily sales performance, customer engagement, feedback, and other relevant program metrics.
- Complete required daily reporting and administrative tasks accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain compliance with planograms, product placement requirements, and brand standards.
- Keep product displays clean, organized, accurate, and highly visible.
- Communicate customer feedback, market insights, challenges, and opportunities to management and client teams.
- Stay current on new product launches, product updates, training materials, and relevant technology developments.
- Work independently with a high level of accountability while maintaining clear and consistent communication with the broader team.
- Previous sales experience is required, with retail sales experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and deliver measurable results.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Confident presentation and consultative selling abilities, including the ability to handle customer objections effectively.
- Genuine interest in technology, computers, or PC gaming is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Self-motivated, reliable, adaptable, and comfortable working with limited day-to-day supervision.
- Professional judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to balance independence with structured communication and reporting.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing retail environment and engaging with a wide range of customers.
- Availability to work at least 20 hours per week, including weekends, with the core schedule running Thursday through Sunday.
- Reliable transportation to and from the assigned retail location, including the ability to commute to either the Sunridge or Northland location in Calgary.
- Daily access to a smartphone or electronic device for reporting and program communication.
- Regular access to internet and email for reporting, communication, and administrative requirements.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Hourly compensation: Anticipated rate of $22-$26 per hour, depending on experience, skills, responsibilities, internal equity, and business needs.
- Part-time schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week, with a consistent Thursday-Sunday schedule.
