Accountabilities
- Produce high volumes of digital creative assets across multiple channels and marketing tactics, following creative briefs, brand guidelines, and project objectives.
- Work closely with creative leads to develop and execute concepts that balance strong visual design with performance marketing goals.
- Support research, creative audits, production, and preparation of client-ready deliverables.
- Translate brand standards and strategic direction into effective digital executions across different formats and platforms.
- Collaborate actively with designers, creative leads, and cross-functional partners throughout the creative process.
- Participate in feedback, mentorship, and knowledge-sharing opportunities to continuously strengthen creative and technical capabilities.
- Manage multiple projects and concurrent deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Develop a strong understanding of how creative services contribute to broader marketing strategies and client business outcomes.
- Apply learnings from campaign performance and data to improve future creative executions and design decisions.
- Contribute to digital experiences such as landing pages, with a focus on usability, visual hierarchy, messaging, and conversion.
- A portfolio demonstrating digital marketing campaign work across a variety of brands, ideally supported by relevant performance results and creative insights.
- Experience translating brand standards and guidelines into creative executions across multiple digital marketing channels and formats.
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume production workflow while balancing multiple projects and concurrent deadlines.
- Strong proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; experience with Sketch is also valuable.
- Strong understanding of core design principles, including hierarchy, visual balance, typography, photography, illustration, composition, and layout.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate ideas clearly through visual design.
- Experience designing for paid social and other digital advertising environments is highly valuable.
- UI/UX experience, particularly designing high-converting landing pages and understanding how layout, hierarchy, and messaging placement influence conversion.
- Experience with motion design or animation and tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Google Web Designer is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn, receive feedback, share knowledge, and continuously develop creative skills.
- Curiosity about data-driven creative optimization and an interest in understanding how design can contribute to measurable marketing performance.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada; visa sponsorship is not provided.
- Compensation: Full pay band of $57,000-$68,000, with a starting base compensation range of $57,000-$65,000, plus benefits.
- Remote-first: Work remotely from Canada.
