Scrum Master / Delivery Coach

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Scrum Master / Delivery Coach based in India.

As a Scrum Master / Delivery Coach, you will play a key servant-leadership role supporting high-performing technology delivery teams. You will primarily guide a Salesforce team while also supporting a NetSuite workstream and coordinating dependencies between the two. You’ll facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach teams on Scrum principles, and create an environment that enables sustainable, predictable delivery. The role combines facilitation, stakeholder management, impediment removal, and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with Product Owners and technical and business stakeholders to maintain healthy backlogs and transparent delivery. This is an opportunity to strengthen Agile maturity while helping distributed teams collaborate effectively across interconnected platforms.

Accountabilities:

• Serve as the primary Scrum Master for the Salesforce delivery team, facilitating core Scrum ceremonies and supporting effective team execution.
• Provide Scrum Master and delivery support to the NetSuite team while coordinating activities across both workstreams.
• Coach teams on Agile and Scrum principles, encouraging self-organization, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate retrospectives that generate honest insights, actionable improvement initiatives, and measurable follow-through.
• Identify, track, escalate, and remove impediments that may affect team progress or delivery commitments.
• Protect teams from unnecessary external disruption and help establish a sustainable and productive delivery pace.
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain healthy, refined, and appropriately prioritized backlogs.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, particularly those involving integrations and shared delivery between Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Maintain clear and transparent reporting on sprint health, delivery progress, commitments, and key delivery metrics.
• Monitor and improve ceremony effectiveness, delivery predictability, impediment resolution, and overall team flow.
• Promote strong collaboration, transparency, and constructive conflict resolution across technical and business stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of proven experience working as a Scrum Master or Delivery Coach, ideally within technology delivery environments.
• Solid, demonstrable understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework.
• Proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching Agile delivery teams toward greater maturity and self-organization.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and business audiences and build productive relationships across functions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and remove delivery impediments proactively.
• Experience using Agile work-tracking and reporting tools, particularly Jira.
• Familiarity with Salesforce delivery teams, projects, or technology environments is strongly preferred.
• Exposure to NetSuite, ERP delivery, or integrated enterprise platforms is an advantage.
• Relevant Agile or Scrum certification such as CSM or PSM is preferred.
• Knowledge of SAFe, PRINCE2, or project management practices is an optional advantage.
• Comfortable working in remote and collaborative environments with multiple teams and stakeholders.
