    • Work effectively with internal teams and customer stakeholders to deliver responsive service, resolve technical challenges, and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Requirements

      • Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
      • 10+ years of hands-on experience working with IBM zSeries/mainframe platforms, including installation and maintenance of CICS TS and related OEM products.
      • Thorough knowledge of CICS TS capabilities, configuration, tailoring, installation, and administration.
      • Strong experience with IBM SMP/E and software installation and maintenance processes.

      • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to investigate complex technical issues and identify effective solutions.
      • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently while also contributing effectively within a broader technical team.
      • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
      • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, short deadlines, and high-pressure situations.
      • Availability to work standard hours of approximately 8:00 AM-5:00 PM local time, in addition to required on-call, overtime, and scheduled weekend coverage.
